Very friendly. They have you try on clothes to ensure correct alterations. I took three pair of pants and they were ready the next day! I had three pair of pants hemmed and two taken in. About $70.

Before moving from Mid-town Houston, I had taken my alterations to a near by establishment to have my jeans altered. I was charged $50 for the 2 paired of jeans. Now at my new residence I go to National Tailors on Strawberry in Pasadena which have affordable prices and extremely better service and end product. I was charged $22 for the same service.
