On this desk, my policy went to several insurance companies to find the most acceptable one to my needs and the Agent Producer Mohan Sumiyoshi got me the panoramic view of (hidden) pros and cons in a flash. Satisfaction first and…I got it.

My husband went in the other day for a copy of our insurance. The girl working was especially rude and ultimately my husband ended up walking out without the copy. We are business owners ourselves and would never imagine treating a client/customer this way. Be careful with who you hire to represent your business. We used to refer customers here and will no longer do so. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere for nationwide insurance there are many other spots to go to where you will be treated with respect.

The Pantusa agency has always been a great company to handle my business with most especially of course my insurance needs. All of the staff are extremely professional at all times. Most specifically I would like to acknowledge Pam Worrell.because she is always ready to assist me whenever I have any issues or just general questions.
