Great place to do business with. Bought a new trailer, made my first dump noticed an oil leak. Called the guys up and they found the issue got the replacement piece in and on without any issue.

Great place to rent a trailer. Definitely will take care of you! Get with Anthony or Brian! They’ll get you taken care of.

Always friendly staff. Richard at parts counter very knowledgeable about different trailers and parts always kind and courteous. Store seems well stocked

Joel was very easy to work with. Had pricing for me quick and made the entire process easy. Overall very happy with my trailer purchase.

My daughter and I were traveling from Georgia to New Mexico for college pulling a horse trailer loaded down with three horses. We stopped in Odessa TX to get fuel and realized we had literally lost a whole tire and rim. A Good Samaritan came up and told us there was a trailer company two miles down the road and we followed him to Nationwide Trailers. These were the nicest, kindest guys I would have ever imagined. Shout out BIG to Brian and Jordan and one of the shop guys (I didn’t get his name). They immediately assessed our situation and helped get horses off the trailer and offered water and snacks to us. We were sure we would be there for hours even if they could help us at that time. We were there 2 hours start to finish and they had us back on the road! I would highly recommend this business! If we could give more than a 5 star review we most definitely would! Thanks again Jordan and Brian!

Although not quite as organized as the Houston store it was very busy not only in the showroom but in their service department. I came there to haul some pieces of pipe out that they had to cut down for me which they did very quickly got me loaded and got me out.
I've been a customer of Nationwide trailer after Houston store for over 10 years now they are branching out all over the country.
I will continue to shop at Nationwide trailer for my trailer needs they have always taken very good care of me and giving me a good deal with honest prices.

Awesome customer service from Joel. He helped me customize my trailer and I received everything I wanted plus more. The 8 week process ended up only being 3 weeks! Thank you Joel. I appreciate your help and will definitely go back if I need another trailer!

December 21st 2017 we lost a rear hub on our raptor fifth wheel, we called everyone in the area, and nobody would help. We limped into the parking lot and Mr Harris came out and immediately looked over the situation, and said he could get us back on the road, his crew found an axle that would fit, he found a rim to replace the damaged rim, and got us a good used tire.
It may not sound like much, but for a family headed west trying desperately to get to Arizona for Christmas, these folks saved Christmas!
We were living in the RV fulltime, following life, work, and adventure.
That axle traveled another 48,000 miles until we sold the rv in NY in 2021.
I have told my story to RVers all over the country, and have advised them if they ever get in trouble in Texas, call nationwide trailer!
Mr Harris, I promised to leave you a 5 star review, we attempted that day, and fumbled. I just found our reciept. I wish I could leave a 10 star review.
When that rim rolled past us on the highway, and we saw the axle, we thought the repair would eat the remainder of our emergency savings, and into our Christmas fund. Because of your kindness, our 3 kids had a very remember-able Christmas in Deming, New Mexico.

Always talk to Rick when I go in, very very knowledgeable and polite man, and even though I can always tell I get on his nerves he stays very professional. And for those wondering my personality can be very grating at times to certain people.

The 5th star is missing because I value it higher than most. Not due to any issues.

When my boss sent me on a mission to repair his trailer axle, Nationwide was there for me to figure it out.
I was out of my depth, and the guys at Nationwide made me look like a hero to my boss.
Nationwide helped me get the right axle beam and even welded on the saddles needed to mount the new beam beneath the work trailer, and they had the new axle ready for me to pick up in no time.
And at a cost my boss was very happy with.
Thanks folks for helping me get the work trailer back on the road!

Had to change my review. I purchased a 5x8 Compass enclosed trailer. On the way home the fenders blew off (same day I bought it). Now that the sale has been made my trailer has been under warranty repair waiting status and they are not responsive at all. I asked for a quote for some additions to the broken trailer over a month ago and still have not even received that. This is unacceptable.

I’m a hotshot from Oregon and broke a leaf spring on my 32ft trailer, I drove right in, no appointment not even a call to see if they could help me, as soon as I walked in they jumped on it, Brian the GM was calling to get my warranty info from Oregon, making sure they had the part, above and beyond. So I unhook the trailer and went to the store. I assumed it would a day or two to get everything done, I took two phone calls didn’t even get in the store and I get a call from Jordan there service manager and they already had it fixed! As a hotshot time is money and they saved me both, great service, nice people! I would recommend to everyone!
