Natural Grocers, San Antonio TX

They are running low or are out of the nutritional supplements that I need and used to get here. So be warned before you make the trip. But otherwise I still love to shop here. Review edited and star taken away because of that and it's so hard to find help when you try to find the items I used to get here.

Love this store but this location in particular! They have all my favorite items (zots licorice, oil free hummus and most fresh apples i have seen in a long time!) The cashier was so incredibly kind and personable. A wonderful place to shop!

The holy grail of kombucha.they have a whole aisle just dedicated to different varieties of kombucha.the staff is super friendly and the store is spotless.pricier than usual

Customer Service at this store is horrible there are never employees around to help customers find things or give advice on a product.

I am so beyond happy with this place! They have fresh produce, an amazing supplement section and their prices are great! The staff is welcoming and accommodating to EVERYONE. Including those who have medical exemptions from masks. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a health food store not only promote health but also to uphold actual LAWS protecting those with a LEGAL exemption from the mask GUIDELINES. It’s a shame that more people are not like this store and it’s a shame that there are people willing to condemn them being true to non discrimination. If you’re that scared for you’re safety, get your groceries delivered. Round of applause for this store and their incredible and knowledgeable staff and the wide array of products they carrying. I will shop here over Whole Foods any day!

I purchase specialty items from Natural Grocers when I'm not in the mood to fight the crowd at HEB, which is most of the time, however, when I know I can get an item for considerably less, I go to HEB.

Excellent service and the food is delicious. I tried the quiche receipe in this month's newsletter. It was yummy!

Unsure as to why people with “underlying health conditions” are allowed to enter this store without wearing a mask. If you have problems breathing wearing a mask, I assure you it’ll be MUCH harder to breathe on a ventilator Employees were nice and apologetic, this review does not reflect on them at all. Don’t waste your time here if you care about the well being of yourself and others.

A great little neighborhood grocery store! Produce is fresh and it has all the healthy eating/baking/cooking ingredients you likely can't find elsewhere. Everyone who works here is so friendly too!

It was an amazing experience. Everything was fresh, store was clean, and employees wore mask and gloves plus had shields for the pandemic problem. I highly recommend visiting this store.
