Navarro Regional Hospital, Corsicana TX

My experience at Navarro Regional was a very nice one. The nurses were nice and helpful. The wait wasn’t long and the Doctor show me the exercise I needed to do to help my back. Very nice experience.

My whole experience from the minute I checked in for my surgery to the minute that I left, everyone was extremely sweet and so attentive. I appreciate all of the hospital team and their kindness!

Everyone was stellar. The receptionist, nurses. Dr
Bristol, Cat. Scan nurses. Everyone was nice and caring.

Everyone was nice, polite and knowledgeable. Everything was clean and made me feel comfortable.

Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and they made it seem like I was just their only concern. Thank you.

Everyone was very professional and kind. I had my appointment done and on my way in a good time.

I was pleased with NRH Radiology and Ms Abby in how she was very Professional Knowledgeable and courteous in her work. She explained each step before and afterwards to make sure I was up to date on what she was doing. She was very good.

Always pleased with the friendly staff. They are very good at getting patients in to appointments on time and even sometimes early. Very satisfied with the outcome of my procedures. I would highly recommend Navarro Hospital to friends and family.

Giving 3 stars only due to the check in process is awful. The receptionist sat in the back area and did not come to the desk to get your information instead she asked from the area she refused to get up from. Which allowed everyone in the waiting area to hear all confidential information. She was also very rude. The physicians and staff in the back were great!

I love this hospital. They always treat their patience with the fullest respect. I love my doctor she a amazing.

I was there for a colonoscopy. The nurses and staff were awesome. Really made an unpleasant procedure a very good experience. I’m having another procedure in October and looking forward to it.

Horrible place if your a person of color. The nurses are excellent, however the doctors are very condescending, rude and quite frankly RACIST. I don't believe that this hospital has the amount of stars they are claiming. Quick to make pre conceived notions about someone who they don't even know.

I've made call after call, separate days and all. Anytime I reach an operator and ask for the billing department it's never actually them, I believe I'm talking to them until the operator then says " well that's actually our billing department"? !? ! How many times will you transfer me to the wrong department on purpose, this many times could be no accident. With the many incidents and remarks left about this facility I do hope truly it is investigated in some manner soon
