First off, Dr. Kella is one of the most personable Doctors I have ever met. He explains procedures thoroughly and answers every question. My prostatectomy was painless, recovery was fast, and I have zero side effects. I was completely normal after 5 weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Kella for urology procedures!

More than 24 hrs since my vasectomy and still no pain. Took some Tylenol on the drive home and a little before bed as a preventative, but haven't had any in day 2. Dr. Kella's method is awesome. I feel bad for all the guys that had it done differently.
