They were great with helping me and very accommodating! I appreciated their great customer service so much!

I just wish they were location in the SouthSide of town instead of having to drive 9miles to make a deposit everytime, and that is the nearest one too me,

We have had nothing but good customer service every time we have visited, regardless of what the transaction was. Wait time was acceptable.

Just so that people know, there is a working bank on Austin hwy it is not for lease, just the idiotic tendency's of people who can't stand to follow directions the sighn on the side of the building indicates what stores are available at the location had they walked not 20 steps to there side they would have realized there mistake the bank is great the people are nice customer service is excellent they just remodeled a while back I encourage you to check it out

Location on Austin Hwy isn’t even a working bank. It’s for lease. I drove 20 mins to end up having to drive another 20 mins to find another Navy Bank.

BEWARE! I’d strongly advise anyone who doesn’t have an account to not accept a cashiers check from Navy Federal! I sold a vehicle to a member - she was told by the employee who issued the check that I could take it to any branch to cash it. I called to verify this, and confirm what ID would be required (I was told to bring proof of ownership of my business, to whom the check was made out to) and I could cash the check. I tried to do that just now and the bank refused to cash the check. I’ll have to deposit the check to my bank and hope it’s good after the hold my bank places is lifted. I let the buyer take the car in exchange for a piece of paper that the issuer won’t honor at their own locations. Terrible business practice. I’ll never do business w another Navy Federal member unless they’re paying cash. SMH

Super helpful and there was no wait. I had the odd request of making a withdrawal in quarters (put off a lot of laundry and needed to catch up) and I was nervous to ask. The gentleman who helped me didn't laugh at my request and promptly helped me get those quarters. Great location:)

After banking with BOA for years, and their fees for having fees, I discovered an account through NFCU that I got when I served back in the day. I think NFCU customer service is second to none.

I go to the location on Austin Highway in San Antonio. They're always very friendly and helpful. The wedding time is usually very short. It's a convenient location, easy to get in and out of. It's a little bit hard to see from the street.

Excellent customer service, one of the best credit unions. Home loan rates are some of the best you will find.

I walked in about fifteen minutes from opening time and waited fourty minutes to be helped. All I needed was a new debit card- this is a task that takes about three minutes to complete. There were three tellers not helping members for a solid fifteen minutes.
Although service is slow, they are very kind.
