The bank teller who assisted me was very kind! She was extremely efficient and very quick, and I really appreciated her help in withdrawing the money that I needed. I also let her know that I needed bank statements and she let me know that she would put me in the queue, but I have to wait for, someone who works in one of the offices to help me. When I was called, I let the person know the woman who helped me know that I needed specifics statements for one of the specific accounts that I had with them. I said I needed them for the last 12 months and she told me in a very Kurt fashion that it would take her a long time to get that. And so I asked long time as in it’s gonna take you 40 minutes? And she said no I’m just gonna have to print each one off. I don’t care if people are Kurt as long as they’re professional, but when she finally printed off the last 12 months of my bank statements, I looked at them quickly and realized that she did not print off the bank account that I needed. I told her at the beginning of our conversation that I needed an account and I gave her the account number And then after making me wait and making it seem like I was making her jump through hoops she said oh well I can’t print those out for you because it needs to be the primary cardholder to print them out. So she wasted my time even though I gave her all the information she needed to tell me at the very beginning of our conversation that hey, I can’t print that out for you because you’re not the primary cardholder. But instead of doing her job Correctly, she wasted my time and didn’t do what I needed her to do. Which would’ve been fine if she had told me that to begin with, but I don’t appreciate my time being wasted she seemed incompetent and like she was just trying to get me out the door and like she was trying to do as little work as possible.

Before signing a check, was told a 2 day hold by phone and by branch, called I. 2 days to check the hold up and then told 5 days and there’s nothing that can be done about it. Not even able to void the check.

The ATM at this location never works after they close for the day. I have come on 8 occasions after 7 pm and all 8 times the ATM dead out of order.

A great credit union to join if you're able to, they're always very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to work with you. If you're looking to buy a home their mortgage department is fantastic. Always use a credit union over a traditional bank.

We love banking with Navy Federal and have been with them for years. In fact, our acct was unfortunately hacked a few weeks ago and they have been superb in helping us recover and lock everything down. Morgan Miller also went above and beyond at this branch to help us improve our credit with different options, she really exceeded our expectations. Thank you Morgan!

By far the worst bank I’ve ever used. The ATM at this location, which is the only location close, is rarely taking cash deposits, but their funds availability policy for mobile check deposits is laughable. So if you have cash to put in and you work during the day, you’re completely out of luck unless you want to drive to a different city.

Almost every time I go to this location, I’m greeted with a smile, & have fast, great customer service. Chrissy/Kristy (apologies for possibly not spelling your name properly) was amazing! Awesome customer service, very competent, efficient, sweet, helpful. Seemed sincere & gorgeous inside out. Joyful, kind people who are happy to be at their jobs & treat people with respect—is what society needs. Thank you for the great customer service! Thank you Navy Federal for training your associates to excel at their jobs. Chrissy/Kristy is a great representative of Navy Federal.
