Worst customer service ever. I have been banking with them for two years. Where do I start, each time I go to make a deposit in person, they never refer to me by my name. The ladies/ tellers at the counter have poor attitude, very snobby and resting disgruntled face. Then when I recently met with one the bankers in the back to close a business account she couldn’t even give me the courtesy to cash my check and wanted to charge me $3 for each bank statement I printed. My business was closed because of Covid and here they couldn’t bend the rules and print this as a courtesy. I have never received a bank statement at home but they sure want to charge me a $3 fee. If you plan on using Zelle or cash app don’t use this bank. I get a bank may be cautious of I sent money to someone. However some of my clients were sending me money and they were refusing to take those funds. Whose heard of your bank refusing funds? ! Each time I had to call and tell them my client is sending me ex amount of money in order to receive it. A small business unable to use Zelle. Then my debit card started to have issues. Well I figured since it was old and was not allowing me to deposit or withdraw from the ATM. The bank would replace it, well not with out a fee. Nickel and dime you for every transaction, and can’t even have money flowing in. Their transaction system is also delayed. Incapable of keeping up with transactions at real time. Don’t count it on being accurate. You would think a local bank or business would help another small business out, not this bank. And their customer service over the phone is subpar. You can pick up the negative energy the moment they answer. You provide secure information such as your SSN and they still want an address and some secure word. Hey! If someone has my social wouldn’t they have my address! Why don’t you ask that in reverse. I’m walking away and going to a big chain. I visited another bank as a customer of mine provided me a check and what a world of difference. Called me by my last name and catered to me. I was shocked by the level of customer service and smile and how friendly they were. Not all gloom with disgruntled people. Especially if you in management or customer service, I don’t expect to be treated as a nobody when I already have to close my doors at my business. Their interest rates are poor I would never go back to this bank. They have given credit unions a poor reputation in my book. Who denies a large amount funds being deposit into your banking account!? This bank does. Who won’t call you by your name or smile when you walk in, Navy Army Federal Credit Union. Can’t take a minute to look at your ID or check to call you by your name. They won’t walk the extra mile, unless you pay their small fees. This is the branch in Edinburg. The one in McAllen will close it doors early, prior to closing time. If you close at a certain hour. Please don’t lock your doors 15 mins prior. Otherwise move your closing time: 45mins till.

Horrible experience. I went to deposit a paycheck for a co-worker and waa told I had to get down and provide the teller with a picture i.d. And my social security# along with additional information! I was simple depositing a check as a favor not requesting money back and was told these are the procedures. Please be warned don't bother with this "bank" go bank with a real bank!
