NB Nailed It, LLC, New Braunfels TX

The people there are very nice. Ann does an awesome job on my nails. She will add extras to make them look really nice. This is the best nail salon I have found in NB!

I went to nailed it as a first time client I went to the back row and they were amazing so fun and great nails and customer service. But the first rest of the salon was dirty, seemed unprofessional and just felt like the rest of the nail techs were more concerned about what I had to say than their own clients.will not be returning

I love love love this nail shop. I've had a couple of different people do my nails and they were excellent each time, no breaks no chips. I work a very hands on job and had zero issues with my nails at any point. Staff is friendly and does a great job. My girlfriend came in to have her nails done for the first time and the shop is incredibly LGBT friendly. She felt super welcomed and had a great time.

I tried this place in the recommendation of a co-worker. Got dipped nails & a pedicure. Both services were excellent at the time, but less than a week after, 3 of my dipped nails had completely chipped off. By three weeks, they are all off. I have had dipped nails for years & go four weeks before changing them. Never have I had this happen.

The pedicure has been fine. And the service was excellent. I expected more, especially since they are by appointment only & are also meticulously clean. Don’t think I will ever go back though. Not for the price to have nails that don’t last.

Cam is amazing and so easy to talk to, I just love her! She always does an awesome job and I get so many compliments! This is the best salon I’ve ever been to.

This was my second visit and let me say that my nails looked good both times. However, my issue is that my first appointment was an express pedicure and I had hot rocks and paraffin. My second visit was a spa pedicure ($10 more) and I got hot towels. I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she seemed to be unconcerned about it. I also find it odd that there is no description of services when booking online. So how do I know what I’m paying for? Not feeling that I was getting my money’s worth.

Tried a bunch of places around town and this is by far my favorite! Prices are amazing and the girls are super sweet, plus their work is AMAZING! I have had Cameron and Bree work on my nails so far and can't wait to go back!

Lily is amazing! She does all she can to accommodate schedules, is professional, creative and always does a great job. The salon is clean and well stocked.

Did gel x nails for the first time and I am in LOVE! Alexis did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I was wanting and she made it 1000x better! I cannot wait to go back.

I just started going here and I have to say it is worth it. Alexis has been doing my nails and she does an amazing job. I highly recommend going here!

I'm sorry to say, just not quite professional as I thought they should be. The expensive nails I received started popping off like on day 2.sad.
