On Thursday I started my A/C for the first time this season and.it just ran and ran, never cooling the house. I work from home so the
A/C is especially important for me. On top of that, a record heat wave was headed this way. I needed emergency help right away and time was short. My sister and her husband recommended Chris to me in the most glowing terms so I gave him a call. He was at my home 1 hour later to review the problem. He clearly explained the issues and options. Within minutes we had a plan and a rough estimate. In my case complete replacement with a modern unit made the most sense.one that uses the new coolant and is slightly larger than the one the builder had installed 8 years earlier. On Saturday morning at 10 AM Chris' crew arrived to remove the old unit and install the new one. They were super quick, knowledgeable, courteous, and tidy. Chris arrived at the site when installation work began to ensure all was well and he had the team adjust the original duct installation, which had not been done correctly by the builder and was pinching off airflow to the back of the house. By 2 pm my home was cool and all was well. The job was done super fast, extremely well, and for the price quoted.
I honestly could not have asked for more. Its rare when someone exceeds expectations to this degree. Chris is the best!

I have always used Neal's since they were able to diagnose a system that no one else could years ago. Recently I called another business for replacement cost estimate and was quoted over $11,000 for a 2.5 ton comfort series. Neal's was $4,000 cheaper for a 3.5 ton better "Performance" system. Excellent service also!

The crew from Neal's Heating and AC (Jesse, Arturo, "G" and Noé) were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. We received a text letting us know they were on their way. As soon as they arrived Jesse let us know exactly what was being done and gave us a time frame in which the work was to be completed. The crew was very respectful when entering our home, asking for permission and removing their shoes. Before they left, Jesse went through and took us through the set up of our new Nest thermostats as well as what to expect and maintenance. They also left the work area clean before they left.
Payment was was quick and easy and we received our receipt and other pertinent documents via email. Great service! Definitely recommend!

We had a little issue with the capacitor on our unit, I didn’t hesitate to call Chris Neal and his team over to take a look. Jesse arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and was done in about 15 mins. AC is operating like it should once more! Jesse also took the time to answer a few questions that I had. I used their services twice. The first time was that call you never want to make: broken ac during the summer. They were fast, very professional and the price was fair. Jesse was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He informed us that the company had a maintenance plan at a reasonable cost and we decided to give it a shot. Here we go again on our second visit, this time for our first schedule tune-up for the winter. Once again we had the pleasure to receive a visit from Jesse. He was thorough and made sure to explain in clear terms what he was doing on that visit. Absolutely recommend this team!

I just texted him that my AC doesn't work. In few minutes, he has a response that he will send a tech in few hours. And the team came and right away they know the problem. The thermostat was tested and replaced. It was covered by warranty so they didn't charge me

One of our HVAC units stopped working, 22 years old so we knew it was just a matter of time. Neal's team came by the next day and helped us to determine the best options for our home. Two days later Neal's team arrived on time and within 5 hours our new system was installed, running and cooling our home.
Neal's team definitely puts care into their work and left things much better than they found them. Exceptional quality install work both inside and outside included replacement of the cement slab outside and new boards in the interior closet.
They made sure that all my questions were answered and I knew how to run the thermostats. The whole team was professional, showed care for our home and all of us. Thank you!

Everyone I spoke with was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. I had called the company that installed the AC and with which I have a maintenance plan and they could not come for 3 days. I will definitely call Neal’s again and recommend to friends.

Neal's team is great. Installed ducts, a compressor, and a new ac. They let me borrow a capacitor, so my old ac would work over the weekend.
