Very helpful, one of the guys over in the gaming and electronics area helped us out. He was kind and very quick with the checkout process. Hunter was his name. Thank you nfm for such wonderful employees.

I had the worst experience with NFM. I bought an entire Sofa set with coffee tables, 1 of the sofa's came used and the coffee table has already started showing cracks. I sent this complaint to customer service 18 days ago and they have still not reached back to me. I have also ordered my entire master bedroom set from NFM, it has been over 2 months since I placed the order and it is still not delivered. I have called customer service 6 times and they are not even ready to give me a proper delivery timeline. They are not even courteous enough to give me resolution to my problem, it is the worst customer service I have ever faced in my life.

I bought a rug it is taking NFM months for them to deliver. They give you estimated time and will keep changing for months and blame it on vendor and will just say it is ETA. Flooring department Customer call center people especially FRANK more horrible to talk. Don’t buy any flooring items in NFM they are horrible to deal with.

NFM, if you can’t even keep up with ETA and your vendor can change ETA just 4 days before ETA and you keep telling your customers your ETA changed I think you are the worst business to deal with and you have a horrible customer support by the way

Had a really great experience looking for new furniture. Nico was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When we go back, we will definitely ask for him.

I have never dealt with such poor Customer Service. Placed my online order on June 26,2023. Delivery date was changed 4 times. Asked for supervisor and spoke to Randy.
She showed zero concern and coped an attitude. Not once apologize or displayed empathy.

This is a true fail score for sure.
After hanging up I called back and check on delivery date. Message stated August 20. But supervisor Randy quoted August 10th.
Not sure what games are being played in Customer Service. But I believe this is an area needing serious improvement.
Reps are not capturing the entire reason for customer's call. The delivery status is also being messed with by the rep in retaliation.
I think Mr. Buffett leadership team needs to take time to hear their Customer Care calls. Check order comments.
After 45+ years in various industries providing excellent Customer Service was always number one.
This is definitely not the case and Nebraska is needing some serious help.
If I could give a zero score for my experience I would. I will take my business elsewhere along with my family members and friends.

Very very disappointed with Valerie Benitez,
we wanted to get two bar stools with the bar the we purchased im glad i checked the ticket and i found that she only put one and we can't get ahold of her since after we made our payment. Called her multiple times on her direct number, had customer service (David Linch) emailed and call her and her supervisor NOTHING
very upset with the service

After years of purchasing with NFM, our experience with the mattress department and mainly customer service regarding the exchange, was so bad and unhelpful that we’ve vowed never to spend another dollar there. I’d rather spend money with a company that values its customers and this giant corporation does not.

Your one stop shop for all your house needs, from furniture to electronics to appliances. I’m always getting the help and answers I need. Highly recommend this place and they aren’t pushy at all!

NFMs items they sell are one of a kind and great. But due to the way they conduct business with their credit card side as well as customer service, I will no longer shop here EVER again. I go in to buy a laptop and it was all just messy! They closed the account which is always current and basically left me in the dark to call them about this! The customer service and financial side is a complete joke! I will continue to stick with Best Buy and I definitely was not going to give them anymore money after that. Wasted my time and they are extremely rude.

Order has been delayed for the 3rd time because it is not on stock when i was told it should be when i purchased the whole bedroom set. This is the second time that happens to me and not satisfied after calling customer service.

When making a purchase, I strongly advise against ordering items that are not currently in stock, even if the salesperson provides a delivery date. Unfortunately, I have had poor experiences with delayed orders, with one taking a month and another being pushed back three months. It appears that the salesperson's delivery date promises were simply a tactic to make the sale, with little regard for accuracy.

To avoid frustration and disappointment, it is always best to request a clear timeline for delivery in writing before placing an order for out-of-stock items. If there are any significant delays or changes in delivery, it is important for the store to communicate with customers promptly and transparently.

As a loyal customer, I believe that accurate communication is key to maintaining a positive shopping experience. Therefore, I encourage the store to improve its customer service by being upfront about delivery timelines and communicating any changes promptly. By doing so, the store can build trust with its customers and avoid using "bait and switch" tactics.

Update 7/13/2023

Despite placing the order in February, I have recently been informed that the new estimated delivery date is now pushed to the end of August. The lack of communication and specific information regarding the reasons for the delay has been frustrating. I hope NFM improves their communication and delivery processes to prevent similar situations in the future.
