Terrie, Cole and Fred are the best! I wouldn't use another towing company, I'm especially thankful for Terrie, she saved me a couple of bucks! It just goes to show that it's not about the money with them, it's about grrrrrrrrreat customer service! Thanks u guys

I got hit by a drunk driver, Fred came and picked my car up after the accident. A few days later I went to retrieve things from my car. Cole helped me out. They answered all my questions and brought sunshine to my week after all I had been through.

Stranded in a grocery store parking lot, in the rain, with a broken down car is not exactly how I wanted to start my day. But there I was. Wet, with my ice cream melting. I called Neeleys Towing and the nicest lady answered the phone. Said somebody would be right out. And within 12 minutes Fred was there to save the day! Had my stranded Sonata hooked up and outta there in record time! Fred is the real MVP! THANK YOU FRED! Fast, knowledgeable and funny too! I now have Neeley’s Towing saved in my phone!

Fred was the driver that came and got our truck that was broke down. He was very professional and got the truck hauled off quick. Highly recommend and would use them again.

My son and I had quite the adventure today. We were 2 hours 12 minutes into our trip when 5 minutes from our destination my tire had a complete failure! I was able to limp off the interstate into a parking lot. CJ with Neeley’s Towing and Revovery was my savior! I contacted a tire shop who said they could help me if I could get there. CJ put my spare on then offered to take my obliterated tire to the shop so it wouldn’t get my car filthy. When we got there CJ helped me pick from the $40 used tires available then stayed with me until they finished the work. He helped put the spare back in my car and get the car put back together. My son loved the tow truck too!

Don't call them after hours. They will charge you a whopping $250 even when they are five minutes away. Why on earth would you when someone coming from an hour down the road is $75 less? What a ripoff.

My first experience with a towing service was much easier than expected.

CJ was so incredibly helpful! Very professional and friendly regardless of the sweltering heat. Also very informative and did not mind answering the multiple questions I needed to ask. Although this was a very stressful situation, 10/10 would recommend CJ’s help again.

They have a very great customer service. I work in a trucking company and they pickup my driver from the hotel bring to the truck and deliver them to the dealer in a super efficient way.
