This is the best bank I've ever had and even though I moved away from Texas several years ago, Neighborhood Credit Union is the best bank. I get refunded for my ATM charges across the country and I'm paid dividends. Show me another that pays you to be a member. They helped me rebuild my credit after 2008. I can get an auto loan over the phone in a few minutes and they've helped me anytime I've asked for anything. They have been a big part of my financial success story over the last 15 years.

My wife and I are very happy with service in opening an account. Ana helped us and was very patient with us. She has since followed up with our additional questions. Our experience with neighborhood credit union has been great. We do recommend them to others

The Power of One

I have banked with Neighborhood Credit Union since I started my career as a public servant, State of Texas government employee, over 10 years ago.

I have only had a few negative experiences with one bank teller at Waxahachie location. CHRISTINA, shows very little compassion, empathy, respect, willingness to help me during tough times in the last few COVID years. I'm spoken to with sarcasm, condescending tone and overall poor customer service. I'm not sure if she is unhappy with me or if it's because I'm African American but I will continue to smile at her and treat her as I would like her to treat me.

Today. When I entered the branch today, a rush of anxiety overcame me because I had to interact with her again. She proceeded to tell me when she 'Will Do and Will Not Do", WHY.

It's unfortunate how one person's Character, and Conversation, can negativity impact a company.

Maybe she will change, but I will continue to treat her with respect.
