Be very careful neighborhood credit union has very deceptive practices. The benefits don’t outweighs the drawbacks of having accounts with them. I will be moving my deposits back to a larger financial institution effective immediately.

Spent 2+ hours at this Arlington location of MyNCU and can only tell you what an awesome experience it was! Had to take care of many details concerning both of my parents’s trust accounts, etc. Ian Spencer was very patient, diligent, professional, open-minded, meticulous and considerate during our time together working through all of the transactions needed! I am so appreciative of the time he spent with me; however, the entire organization has been wonderful through the passing of both parents and taking great care of our accounts and any need our family has had over the years. Thank you so very much! Words cannot really express my gratitude but know your time and effort make a huge difference in my life as well as for my siblings. THANK YOU!

DO NOT BANK HERE THEY SCAM YOU OUT YOUR MONEY. WORST BANK IVE EVER HAD. IN LESS THAN A WEEK OF JOING I HAD PROBLEMS AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. THEY WILL NEVER HONOR AN OVER DRAFT AND THEY WILL KEEP OVER DRAFTING YOU FOR EACH CHARGE! SAVE YOUR MONEY YOUR BETTER OFF AT A REGULAR BANK. I HATE THESE PEOPLE

I will give a lower starting but unable to get told I'm only eligible for a fresh start checking account I said okay went down to the local branch to open up my account and then get told that whoever I talk to cancel my application saying that I denied that type of checking account but I explained to him why would I deny it if you guys offered me that I need some way to deposit my disability check get told what sorry nothing we can do you denied it even though I even show on the proof that show and I was accepting that type of checking account not my fault the lady hit the wrong button I think if they want to they could have done something to get me into it this is the reason why so many people don't like credit unions

Loan rates are good but customer service could be better. Most time they don't say anything to you in the drive thru they just process your transaction and send it back.

The available services are terrible, the guy that helped me wanted my debit card and my I’d, if I had my debit card I would have saved myself the headache of waiting in line and just used the ATM, they want you to make appointments to come into the bank? The pandemic has allowed companies and their people to give lack luster service all in the name of safety but they don’t wear gloves, require masks and they were not wearing masks? I cannot wait until my vehicle is paid off so I can close my account.

After spending two hours trying to get my new card activated before the old one expired everything was perfectly fine until the day the old one expired and now my new card is declined I'm stuck on the side of the road of course no one is able to be reached and I am relying on the kindness of strangers to help me out of my situation. This Credit Union is complete garbage. I've been a member for over eight years and have nothing but negative things to say about this Credit Union.

Relocating from Oklahoma during the pandemic, I wanted to find an institution that values their customers and aim to ensure a great experience. I have found that place in Neighborhood Credit Union!
