Dr Wilkerson is a thoughtful and caring person. She has a good bed manner. When we discovered I had cancer, Dr. Wilkerson made sure I had the referrals I needed to have the best care during this time.

I’ve been coming here for years and years and they’ve always been absolutely awesome for me.

We've been seeing Dr. Wilkerson over 30 years. Her staff is always friendly, knowledgeable & ot doesn't matter if I am bringing my 86 year old mom or my 2 month old great grand daughter. They are always ready and able to help.

She immediately slam hung up on me

Well got bit by a spider so I liked going there but that has changed due to the doctor got me meds that was making me sick and throwing up so l called the following day at 7am told them what was going on I needed different meds well we will call u back 5 hours later i call back for them to be rude after being on hold for 25 min they said call by the end of the day well that didn't happen got my money I guess I am getting brushed off save ur time go to care now same thing just more friendly

I was diagnosed with a possibility of Cancer in under 4 minutes by the fresh out of University attending physician. What I had for 3 weeks at that time was a bad bronchial infection. My wife, an MRI technologist of 17 yrs, & I, were appaled & disgusted with the treatment here. From check in to diagnosis, it was a sorry excuse for caring of any kind. Stay away & get informed about this place.

I have been here several times and will likely continue to come for the simple fact that the reasonings for coming are never severe more of uncomfortable like sore throat, ears etc.the reasons I gave it only 1 star is the front staff.there is a big sign on the glass window that says don’t touch glass but it’s closed when I walk up. Closed is very uninviting but semi understandable for hippa. So when she finally opened the glass 3-4 minutes afterI stood there, I said good morning and she rolled her eyes and said have you been here what’s your dob.maybe I was sensitive as I am not feeling well but someone with such a bad attitude should probably not be employed at a doctors office let alone the first person I have to deal with cause that really leaves a bad feeling from jump. Another lady came to the door to pick up boxes and she seemed pleasant, when I was called back the lady who took my vitals seemed pleasant and the doctors/ nurse practitioners all seemed pleasant.the front door person is also the last person you see smh so bad attitude coming in and a bad attitude leaving … I get sometimes people are just not in a good mood but this has been an issue EVERY VISIT.this time I also before writing this review spoke to the nurse practitioner and student. But from the past reviews I’m more than sure there will be no changes. Don’t let the front person keep you away from good, quick medical results. The rest of the staff seem ok again for my non severe non emergency visits. Hopefully they will try to do better in the front.

Like other reviews said, it takes forever to get a hold of them on the phone. Quick tip if you get off the hold and you don’t immediately say hello to them, they’ll hang up on you. I’ve been here before sporadically and let’s say bedside manner is not their strength. I would only go here as last resort.

I’ve been trying to reach the front desk for 3 mf days now to set an appointment. Seems like they just don’t answer the damn phone. I don’t have time to go in and set it up. And automated phone message doesn’t help in any way.

Anytime I call or I go there the front desk receptionist is rude and seems like she doesn’t wanna answer any questions. I called and she told me the doctor was busy and she would call me back, they never called that day or the next. The last time I was there to pick up a script to get an x-ray she handed it to me and as soon as I said “thank you” she said “mhmm” and quickly shut the window in my face before I was able to get any words out. I had questions but it seems like she was bothered or didn’t want to answer anything, instead of trying to get her to open up the window again I just walked out. Then the doctor left me a voicemail on a Sunday so I called back Monday and they told me “she had some business to take care of so she left for the day but she’ll be giving you a call tomorrow morning”. Today is the next day and I never got a call so I decided to call and I got the same rude lady again “K, well you gotta give her time because she’s busy with patients” I responded “Well yesterday I was told she would call me and she didn’t so that’s why I’m calling“ she took a long pause then said “Let me check if she’s in her office” She put me on hold for 17 minutes then the phone started ringing and sent to a voicemail, it didn’t say who’s voicemail that was or why I was being sent to a voicemail so I hung up and called back. As soon as they pick up they said to wait on hold and kept sending me to a voicemail. I guess they knew that it was me calling so anytime I called they sent me to voicemail. I waited 15 minutes and called again and they just let the phone ring and didn’t answer. It’s impossible to get a hold of the doctor and the black woman answering the phone and working at the window is a nightmare to deal with. I haven’t been able to talk to the doctor once and none of my concerns have been answered.

Dr Wilkerson and her team have always given my family excellent care throughout the years. Thank you to them all!

I just decided we will not be going here for our medical needs. I am canceling my son's appointment because if the staff is that rude over the phone then we shouldn't meet in person. I don't do rude and I'll give you a rude awakening. Anywhoo.have not been seen and will not be seen. You should get better staff for the phones, if they don't like answering phones and questions then it's time for a new job seriously.

No appointment needed to get a wide range of services from sick visits to prescription refills to annual physicals. Open on Saturdays and Sundays too!

Quick and easy to get in and out especially if you need school physicals love this place everyone is so friendly and prompt!

I appreciate that i get seen on the exact SAME DAY! This office is very dependable for me and my family’s needs, even for the period of time when we didn’t have insurance.so im sticking to them:) …. HIGHLY RECCOMED COMING TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD DOCTORS! STAFF IS JUST AMAZING!

Love this place! This clinic is Convenient to be able to just walk in with no appointment and be seen same day. Great staff and providers here are great, recommended

This is used to be a great office but now the whole staff is gettho and has an attitude with everyone.
