Horrible! They need a whole new staff maybe some that look like me and that are concerned for their community. They don't call back or respond to emails.

They are 8-5 come down here doors locked no one available. How do you help people when no one works. No one will ever receive help in Tyler like this.

The lady name Cynthia is so rude! She doesn't need her job. Ms. Rina is a good one. Very sweet lady.

Don't return phone call oh another thing don't answer phone calls how someone supposed to send paperwork to keep housing going

Not so great for me at all. Really wish i could say something good but there is nothong good to say. Case working is hard to get hold of and dont return my call. I wish i could switch.

How and why do workers work there is it for there own good! (Service) For what what services are y’all providing to help people get information turn in, or getting information no one I mean no one returns phone calls STATE should look at this matter to make it better for the ones that has to go threw so much just to get a return phone call are y’all serious! People need help and y’all playing but wait till GOD get through with y’all! Then complain about not having enough workers quit judging people and give them a job, GOD remove every creature in that building that has little or no interest in helping your children out, Remove them all if you have to and start over we need more caring people across the world doing your work

Entire staff is incredibly respectful, professional and helpful. I have yet to run into one person at this location that is rude or unprofessional; even the inspectors that come out are so friendly and welcoming. I have been dealing with them for almost 5 years now and could honestly give no less review than 5. Thanks to the staff for just being humane.
