Francesca at the fragrance counter was amazing. She was very attentive and patient with me as I worked my way through the different houses they have and found my top 5. She provided great recommendations and was very knowledgeable.

Today at the Neiman Marcus Domain shoe department the staff and the manager on duty (Louis) taught me that the best thing to do at this store is to look for what you like, try it on, make your selections but order all your items from the competitors website. Go to Saks, Nordstrom, or Bloomingdale’s but not here. Customer service has not been defined for them.
I recently purchased a pair of sandals from them. 38 days ago. This shoe from a very well known designer line (I am not naming the designer because my issue is with store staff) started to fall apart on either 6th or 7th time i wore it, I then immediately visited the store to exchange the shoe for another pair. The staff were nothing but rude, unfriendly and unprofessional! They said they can’t take back the worn shoe. They got a manager (Louis) to come to the shoe department, he was less than willing to help. He then said there is nothing he can do. I said these shoes are defective. The top surface material is peeling off from the layer than’s touching the top of my foot. His comment was that he is not sure how i used the shoe, but he had not seen that happen to anyone else. Long story short, we finally agreed on me returning this shoe and getting an even exchange for the same exact kind on the condition that it would be non returnable. They didn’t have it at the store in my size so they ordered one, I also asked what if the same thing happens again and his recommendation was for me to go back immediately if it does.
Today about 6 days later, I got the shoe, brand new in the box, with the same problem, again the top layer leather was peeling off. I went back to this store they didn’t want to return the shoes or hear what i had to say about the quality of this item, maybe a design flaw, maybe manufacturing flaw, but regardless of the cause, it was a defective item that was shipped to my house, a shoe from which the top layer leather was peeling off! Today also the same manager, Louis, worked. He was again also very unprofessional, as if i was a bother to him. He first argued with me, said he can’t return them, then asked to look at the shoe, took it to the back, came right back out and said ok i will return it. Literally 10 seconds and he knew he had to take it back.
I wanted to just scream at him and say why wouldn’t you just do this at the beginning? All you had to do was hear me out, look at the shoe and take it back. But instead he chose to give me the horrible experience that i had today. My total time in the store was exactly 27 minutes. Which is way too long to argue about a return.

I'm so glad that I purchased from Neiman Marcus in the Domain. I especially recommend Rina Roy in the Fragrance department. I made a purchase last month that was not working out for me. Rina went above and beyond and solved my issue and she really cares about her customer's satisfaction. I will be seeking her out again next time I'm in the store.

High end brands with the help of a personal shopper. Figure about $300 for a blouse or so. It helps to dress nice while shopping here. If you're intimidated, check out the online store instead and just pickup in the parking lot.

Definitely the worst NM I’ve been to. Employees act like they hate their jobs. Also, they shut off all the lights to indicate the store closing. That’s just tacky.

Worst customer service ever. NO customer service describes my experience better. Can't reach anyone over the phone, no return calls, and when you go back in with your concern about the mistake sales person made on your purchase, be ready for an unprofessional attitude.
I bought a perfume last week. When I went back home and checked, it wasn't the same kind which I had agreed to purchase in the store. It was a different perfume, but the color of the box and prices were same. After calling the store several times and failing to reach a LIVE person with whom I could share my concern, I finally went back into the store and spoke to the same lady who sold me the wrong fragrance. When I brought it up, she immediately became self-defensive, assuming that I was there to get her in trouble. She started arguing with me angrily without apologising for my inconvenience. I didn't get an apology, but I didn't need her disrespectful arguments either. I was not accusing her of anything in the first place, she was being argumentative with me the entire time. I asked her to exchange the wrong item for the one I actually wanted. Both had the same color box, but it happened to be that she packed the wrong one. I understand that "Bond no 9" has many perfumes that have the same color boxes, but I trusted that the brand expert would know the difference? I was not upset with her for selling me the wrong item. I was there for a solution, but the salesperson was not happy about it and continued arguing. Because of her condescending remarks and gestures, I returned the item and decided to never stop at that counter again, I will shop fragrances somewhere else because Neiman Marcus didn't want your business with that poor service.

Had an amazing experience with Valentino a Personal Shopper. I find shopping frustrating. He made it so easy, it was fun. Very happy with my decisions. Highly recommend.

Had a very disappointing experience when I ordered online and received 2 belts that were not the size I ordered.

I went to return them and the customer service was a big miss. I expect more when I'm spending that kind of money.

I had a fantastic experience here! Angela Reininger was very attentive and helped me pick out a perfume perfect for me. I am unfamiliar with most perfumes, so she helped me and educated me on the different types and ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place and Angela!

THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! And those who work at CHANNEL don't even mention it. Between determined to buy a bag and those who attended didn't even come close to say hello, they pretended there was no one there.and well, they lost it and I saved it! The ones in the shoe area! They don't even get up to serve you! You have to go talk to them! And they treat you in a terrible way! If I could give this store a 0 review, I would and all because of the TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I shop the home decor and gift area mostly. Landen was always very helpful and made excellent suggestions when I needed a gift. He knew the products and had a great sense of style. Was sad when he transferred to customer service. When I visited the other day, I noticed there was no longer a customer service desk. I asked about it and was informed Landen among others were let go. Such a shame.

I received a Michele watch as a gift and needed to get it resized. I saw that this Neiman Marcus sold Michele watches so I gave then a call to see if they could help me get it resized. I got connected to the operator and they transferred me with the fine jewelry department, I waited on hold for 5 minutes and when no one answered I got transferred back to the operator. I asked him if they could resize my watch and he said ‘of course we can’!

Then, got in my car and I drove up to this Neiman Marcus and went to the jewelry counter. After waiting another few minutes for service standing there while two employees finished their conversation (no other customers were there) I get approached asking if I need help. I tell the woman that I heard they could help me resize my Michele watch and she asked “Um? Did you buy it here” and I say “No, but I was told on the phone that you can do it”. The woman is like “no we can’t” and then I ask “I can’t pay you to do it? ” and then she says “we can’t help you”. I end leaving and going to Nordstrom where they happily resize my watch without a condescending tone or questions.

This is my second time coming to this Neiman Marcus (first time I bought a handbag as a gift) both times I have been poorly treated and received horrible, condescending, and delayed service. It’s shocking for a premium store to treat their customers and potential customers this way. I will not be going back!
