See pictures and you tell me are these the same.
So apparently someone switched the tag (I assume in this warehouse) and I got some cheap looking Isai jeans with a price tag of Dsquared2. I called customer support they told me they can’t send me right one because they’re sold out. Might be just a simple and honest mistake but something tells me it’s not. It’s on the managers to figure out what’s going in in their warehouse meanwhile I’ll stay away from shopping online in Neiman Marcus

A Great Place to work with Awesome Staff and Wonderful Employees. All The Trainers and the Assist Management Team was wonderful. I worked Work from Home. Fun, convenient and alot of support.

I give this place two star because starting out it was a great place to work for not only myself work here but both my son's and even my lil cousin and her boyfriend everything was going good until the department I was in I was getting trained by one of the leads and my youngest son was in the same department and they didn't Know that he was my son because we both have different last names and one of the lead was discussing my youngest son to me and not even know that I was his mother shortly after that years later my oldest son and a lead had a disagreement they put my son on suspension until they did an investigation and they told my son that my only just him but the lead was also put on suspension later found out that there was not true that they only put my son on suspension doing this time the lead continue to go to work found this out through my other family that was also working for the company as well once my son was able to come back to work he was late let good because of the same lead I had gotten injured oh my new job so my son had to step in and get me back and forward to my doctor appointment doing this time going to school to become a occupational therapist and working over night for this company and help me but please remember what God has for you no man can take it away me and my other family end up resigning after they let my oldest son go behind the lead he's now a over the road truck driver and doing great so great to things came to him after HR only seen things one side.but to each it's on it didn't work out for myself and my family here but your experience may be different so good luck

Is this what has become of customer service?

Made a simple online order, which never made it to me. Called customer service and they were difficult and unrewarding. So eventually I hope to receive a refund in 2 weeks.

Never again, Neiman Marcus. Not even for a gift card.

Good pay & guaranteed hours but a very ghetto urban uneducated environment. They recruit from the hood using the bus as a plus. Lack of diversity (all black environment) but an abundance of ignorance. They once offered performance based incentives but then essentially eliminated them & raised pay across the board: Meaning the laziest of the lazy get paid as much as the top performers without reprimand. A joke really! Get your cash & dash to something better! You can make up to $5 more easily somewhere else with higher standards & much more benefits! #AmazonVestLife

Unorganized, inexperienced Human Resources people. The two ladies at the front desk need customer service training.
