Neiman Marcus Last Call reviews
10My friends and I drove all the way from North Austin to the Outlet just to get to Neiman Marcus to get on time before closing, just to find out that they close at 8pm and didn’t let us in. They should definitely update their opening and closing times.
This store is ok. The men’s department is hit or miss. The men’s department is better at the grapevine location in my opinion. Just a heads up, they close at 8PM Monday - Thursday. We drove from Austin after work with the intention of catching them before they close. Management should update the Google hours.
Definitely going there should be "Your Last Call" - still much too expensive for products mostly produced in third world countries
Because it’s a discount store customer service doesn’t have to be bad. Manager always acts like she is doing a huge favor by throwing things on a plastic bag. Today, I purchased a silk dress very delicate and a heavy sequin dress and asked them hanged, she got them both in the same bag, and almost damaged them. I asked her for another bag. She seemed to be in a bad mood, like she is doing a huge favor and justified no box for shoes, and her treatment because according to her it’s a clearence center. It’s a discount store that would sell a lot more with good customer service in my opinion…Too bad
Great items, at great prices as well. If it's no longer in store you might get lucky and find it here. Sales associates are very helpful and friendly. You might get lucky and find baby items as well.
Went here for the first time after already visiting the Grapevine store at least 4 times. The grapevine last call is bigger and has a better collection. If you are traveling to Dallas, you will get better deals there. I drove from Austin today just to see how poor collection they have and sadly I had to drive back home empty-handed. Some shoes in the rack were being sold for $250 which the Grapevine store has marked for $89. Utterly disappointed. The shoe in the picture is being sold for $89 at Grapevine store which they are selling for $252.
2 poor experiences with pricing here.
1. Got overcharged on a dress. They have signs over merch that sometimes has a discount. Discount was not added to my purchase. This seems to be a recurring issue here. Now, I always ask, are you taking x % off.
2. A sign over another purchase started 30% lowest price. There was a $83 price tag that was covered up by a $118 sticker. They would not honor their own lowest price on the sticker, saying their back office staff errored. That is not my problem. I only know what I see on the tag
S.was the night manager on 5/4.
Poor customer experience.
Prices can be good on merch. It's hot or miss. Some of the mech looks pre-owned and was returned.
This store continues to be an underwhelming experience.
I liked most of the clothing, some were nice but not the shoes. Nothing for spring or summer.
Took my wife and daughter to try this location instead of the one at La Cantera. I am appalled by the treatment we were given. Especially on Valentine’s Day. My wife asked for the size of the dress in the display window. An older gentleman looked and gave us the size. He then also gave the price. We didn’t ask but fine. When my wife frowned because she didn’t think it was nice enough for the price he said “it’s fine apparel” in a very snotty tone. She’s wearing Gucci at the time and shops at NM regularly so she knows it’s fine apparel. We have never been treated like this by a NM employee. I would think in this economy they would be focusing on retaining loyal customers not pushing them away. Employees thinking they are better than the customer doesn’t make any sense from a business perspective. Will not be returning.
Horrible experience with horrible staffing working there especially Sandy! That’s why all the last call shut down! Maybe this will be soon as well
