This is a passive aggressive work environment. The staff is disgusting and ignorant. Especially the manager… valeria i think … she had a very bad attitude, when i was respectful with here… and she evil, if she is there i will not be coming back at all she, scare me so bad, and has bad energy

I have been coming the W. Gray location for a few months consistently. The variety of juices and bowls are awesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Val has been exceptional.

Had to give a shoutout to Val and Bri. Came in a couple days ago with a few friends after a long workout and they made us the best protein bowls. Didn’t expect to go in and actually have good conversation and laughs. We’ll be back soon!

They need to learn to prioritize online orders. Had to wait 15 minutes for an order I place ahead of time because they were taking walk ups as priority.

Went in today for the first time and was greeted by Bri and Amanda. They both helped me decide what to order as I have never been to a Nekter before. The smoothie was delicious, and they were able to provide me with a nutrition facts menu. The restaurant was clean, and the smoothie was made promptly.

I don't normally do reviews buy Amiyah was a blessing, she gave me great conversation while completing my order when I needed it. I would definitely recommend her services and will be back:).

I want to give a shout-out too Bre because she gave me the most amazing experience, she made my banana berry açaí bowl and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had.

Amanda is a extremely great worker! She seen me outside of the building picking up trash in front of the smoothie store. I walked in and wanted to buy a smoothie but I didn't have the cash. She was kind enough to get it for me with her card and let me keep my cash. Amanda has good energy a positive smile and a great attitude to go with it. She is the perfect team leader. Give her the GM role asap!

Picked up from this place a few times while doing Uber Eats and finally decided to come back and try it. I am so glad it did. It was absolutely delicious. I would 100000/10 recommend. It was fresh and flavorful and the perfect cold temperature. I wish they had more locations closer to me because I would go here every single day.

Excellent customer service, beautiful shop. However, the açaí bowl was very mediocre, which is unexpected, because this is a national franchise brand. I was deeply disappointed. The açaí was very runny even though I saw them make the açai with frozen ingredients. The açai flavor was nothing compared to Earthcraft or any other places I’ve been to. I would not recommend it.

I've given Gray St a number of opportunities, because I love Nekter, but they continue to disappoint. I've been to locations in multiple states and this is the one location that continues to serve frothy, liquid-y smoothies. It's served like a juice.

I messaged with their director of operations, but nothing has changed. I would genuinely prefer they get better because they're so close to my house, but I've been driving out to the Southwest Fwy location.

This location makes the Nektar brand look bad.

The drink was good but the cashier didn't even pay attention & looked mad that she had to work.

So I frequent this place, yes the products are scrumptious and taste fresh every single time. But primarily because of the customer service. I don't think I've ever walked in and haven't been greeted with a smile but the interactions are the best part. Amanda is amazing (I remember her name because she helps me most often and she's got exceptional customer service skills) but her consistency in making my favorite drink and giving me a pleasant experience makes all the difference! Signs of a great work environment I assume, but thanks Amanda as well as the rest of the Nektar team. You guys are great!

Their meal replacement bowls are delicious, especially if you like acai bery or dragon fruit since it has granola to help fill you up with their food.
