Nekter Juice Bar, Colleyville TX

Asked for coconut water substitute for cashew milk due to an allergy. Was still given cashew milk and threw up all day.

They took forever to make our smoothie and once we received it it was soupy consistency nothing like a smoothie. We asked them to remake it and they said no. I drank it and then got bad stomach pain and was sick that night.
Not ideal experience

Every time I come here my order is inaccurate. I have missing ingredients that I pay for. It's always new staff which means there's likely lots of turn around. I was feeling hopeful but It happened again today will not be returning.

Nekter is the best! The staff is so friendly fast and the smoothies here are better than any of the places around. I will continue to come here as my go to!

I reached at 7: 42 on october 5th and the gentleman (employee who was sitting outside told me its already closed). Dont visit this place after 7 on weekdays.

Really good smoothies. They use cashew milk in everything which sucks because I’m allergic but they were carefully to clean the machines to make my order to avoid cross contamination.

Very nice young people working the counter. Excellent flavor choices in juice and smoothies, and some tasty free samples too!

I got a Pink Flamingo smoothie and really enjoyed it! The customer service was great, Annie was very kind and super helpful!

Tommy was very polite and knowledgeable! Best customer service by far! Hands down one of my favorite places! The greeny is my fav and the açaí bowl I believe banana berry is what it was called was yummy!

$11 + tip for the "large" smoothie. Not worth it. Bland taste, "large" looks like it could be the kids size, and given that it's a smoothie bar with blenders going, it's not a good place to stay for a conversation or work. Nothing justifies the ridiculous price.

I am so disappointed in this location and will NOT return! The employees are soooo unprofessional and unfriendly towards me! This was my 2nd visit and was so excited to know that there was a location close to me - only to be disappointed with the service! I ordered the açai banana berry bowl to go. There were 3 female employees present. 2 on the blenders and one cutting the fruit. All 3 turned to look at the door as I walked in… no one SPOKE ONE WORD TO ME! I walk over to the register, staring up at the menu until one of them walks over to take my order. They don’t acknowledge me at the register until I clear my throat to get one of their attention. I AM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. Finally one of them walks over to the register and just stands there! We are staring at one another. She didn’t ask me anything, I got tired of staring and simply said can I have the açai bowl. She then asked if I wanted the agave. I said yes, she tapped around on the register and simply turned the machine around for me to sign! Never told me my total, never asked if I wanted it for dine it or carry out … NOTHING! 2 door dashers walk in and they were both greeted with a “hello, welcome in” by all 3 employees! My bowl is completed and the 2nd employee asked if I wanted a lid. I got my bowl and left! AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I WILL DRIVE TO PLANO LOCATION!

This place is great! Rease is amazing, she helped me decide on which smoothie I should get and she was super sweet. Overall great smoothies and amazing customer service!

I walked in and was given a warm welcome by one of the employees names Micah, i mad many questions and he was able to fulfill all my questions i had about the drinks.he was very quick and respectful, the drink was very good and i would recommend this location to all my family and friends.
