Today my appliances from Neu Appliances were delivered by Mason and Jay. I purchased a beautiful KitchenAid refrigerator, an LG cooktop, a Samsung microwave, and a Bosch wall oven. The refrigerator that I originally bought had some areas with dents that the manager didn’t feel was adequately presented in the pictures so they upgraded to a nicer refrigerator for the same price as the original one I ordered. Everything is beautiful and in great shape with a 1 year store warranty. The delivery was seamless and Mason and Jay were awesome. I purchased a washing machine from Neu Appliances 2 years ago and have been thoroughly pleased. Prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. Every employee that I had interactions with were extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Mason and Jay made the process really easy. They communicated with me about delivery time, were flexible, delivered the new machine and took the old one away without a hitch. Would recommend to anyone.

Their a little pricey but their stuff works and looks well. The last thing I ordered from them didn't work right after one attempted repair and they swapped it out without any complaints and pretty quick.

I’ve purchased two appliances at Neu, a standing column freezer and a deep well garage freezer. Both have worked flawlessly and the minor cosmetic issues aren’t even visible when in use. The delivery was prompt and the folks who dropped it off were friendly and helpful. Overall would recommend to friends and family, this place is a gem.
