I love going to this grocery store every now n then since you get every thing from your list at one place at very reasonable price.

Prices are high. The guy at the front swears certain Brands don’t exist if they are not at his shop. Lady at the front almost forces you to buy extra stuff. Plus the Stuff is overpriced. However it’s close to our house so we end up going there regardless otherwise the place definitely needs to improve. They never check if stuff is expired.

If I could give negativie five stars I would. I went to this place after many years thinking that it was still owned by the old Management. Unfortunately my experience was absolutely horrible. The lady that works there asked me to tell her my meat order, but even after repeating it three times she sold me more than I ordered. She told me one price and then ended up charging me $25 for two pounds of meat. And yes, she talks to the extent that it's annoying and wants to know all about your personal life. I think all the talking is her way of distracting the person from what she's charging them. That lady should not be working there AT ALL if this business wants to keep running. I definitely will not be going there again.

Great customer service. Tried giving this place a second chamce. Be careful, most of frozen food is expired & some with fungus. Seems to be over stocked, owners just trying to make a sale.

We definitely informed them right away, and they wanted us to return the items. They fail to understand, it's a drive back again with kids and too much hassle. Had to throw away most of grocery.

Update; we gave them another try, and purchased a few items again yesterday. This is 3rd time. The toast is all spoilt. It's funny that the old lady keeps arguing that her stuff is perfectly fine.

DONOT DO YOUR GROCERY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FALL SICK!

The owners, which are a husband and wife are very friendly and it has always been well maintained for the last 10 years I have been going.

Vimto expired and shan masala some of them on sale expired and national masala on sale price some of them expired.store is good.customer service is nice but be careful with date on products it can cause too much to you or your kids and in some rare cases deaths because of food poisoning.extra careful

Lady at the cash register talks sooooo much and she has been like that for the past 8 years I’ve been coming here. I once heard she copied a credit card and stole some money from it. Quality of everything is ok but the prices don’t match the quality you are getting.

The ladies at this store are super helpful esp if you're new and don't know your way around. The butcher also will fulfill requests within 10 minutes

Really friendly owners. One of my closest places from home to get halal meats, spices and all things Indian and Pakistani. Great place to grab treats and nostalgia from back home

I just give one star because of the lady at the cash register, she talks a lot upto the level where she irritates the customer, and its not only me, couple of my friends have the same opinion about her, I don't go to the store just because of her, please tell her that if we need anything we can look around and get it she really don't need to annoy us by telling about things at the register.

The ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever gotten from any meat market in town. I dont advise anyone to get anything from this market drive a little distance to get better customer service, the man in the front of the store is so extremely rude and has absolutely no concept of customer service. When shopping for groceries at a store like this you expect the employees in the front and in the butchery to be professional, helpful, courteous, & above all serving towards the customer.

Whoever owns this meat market needs to reevaluate their staff and the quality of customer service provided. This store will lose out on a lot of business from my family, and my employees.

I will travel further just to get better customer service. I will never step foot into your meat market again.

You guys have made a terrible mistake with who you have chosen to represent your store. He is absolutely rude & unprofessional.

Savoy Grocers off of Wilcrest has the BEST quality and the absolute greatest customer service. I travel 30 minutes to go there and I will bypass this store every single time without any hesitation.

Bad bad bad customer service. Check expiration date. Hard to find items. They don't allow you to pay with debit or credit for less than $5 purchase and they push you to pay chash. Bad experience.

The lady at the counter have some serious issues she wants to know everything going on in my family, plus she have some attitude problem which I already fixed it myself I rather goto HIRA GROCERY amazing guy with great customer service I wouldn't recommend to anyone

The old management was great but the new management is horrible. Unhygienic, false advertising specially with rice. Be extra careful with the new owners as she is not honest with the prices and charge whatever at registrator. Im not going there anymore

Its a good store. They have good stock. We could found Bangladeshi dried fish here. We bought some 'Kachki Sutki" from the store. It was priced reasonable and quality is really good. We also buy some spice power from Bangladesh here. I dont know the meat and fish quality here buy hope they are also good. Next time i will try some goat meat from here. Overall I will give thrm a 4 Star.
