Very professional staff. Always very caring and friendly. Patty at the front desk is a sweet heart, and the nurses are always very pleasant. Dr. Parmar is always very caring and patient, takes her time to answer all my questions with no rush. Overall I always have a great visit at the office.

I love New Beginnings OBGYN, and Dr. Parmar. Dr. Parmar is a doctor that truly listens and hears her patients. She truly cares about her patients and wants to find the cause of issues. She gets to the root of the problem with patience and a smile.

New Beginnings is the best OB/GYN I have been to. The nurses were all amazing from start to finish. The office is very clean and very welcoming. Short wait time very informative.

Whoever answers the phone is incredibly rude and would not stop talking over me or allow me to finish a single sentence. I am avoiding this place simply because of her and am sure I can find a doctor with equally if not better care who doesn't employ rude staff. I see I'm not the only person who came to leave a negative review in response to poor treatment from staff

This office is great, dr. Parmar is always very helpful and super nice, she also delivered my son, so I got only the best experience with her. Paddy at the front desk is fun and sweet and the whole waiting room is welcoming. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love doctor Parmar. She has been such an amazing doctor to me and my baby I am currently pregnant with. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well and safe for my baby. If any little thing happens she makes sure to get right on it and make sure everything is okay!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The front office staff was warm and inviting. Dr. Ibrahim and her nursing staff proved to care about my concerns and they were proactive with my proposed treatments. I still have a ways to go and I find great comfort in knowing they are my health professionals. If you're looking for a wonderful doctor who will listen to your concerns and have years of experience.make the call for your appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been going here for several years, but had to switch doctors. The absolute rudeness of the front desk is just absurd! I’m not sure why you would hire someone so mean to patients!

Sadly I have been coming here for 4 years and I must say they have the rudest most unprofessional staff of any dr's office I have ever been too. Today I decided to put my health first and change OBs. Nurse Kimberly you are not only unethical but you should not call yourself a nurse at all. You have zero empathy and possess zero knowledge. You should most definitely find a new career path, one where you do not deal with patients. When I told you I would be changing Dr's because of the way you acted towards me on the phone your reply was "That would be great! " I am pretty sure Dr. Ibrahim would not like to know her employees are happy that her exciting patients are leaving due to your lack of empathy.

Hello
Just got back to my office from my appointment with Dr Ibrahim
My advice- Avoid this place!
Dr Ibrahim was very rude and unprofessional. Didn't treat me with the dignity and respect everyone deserves from their service provider. Her bias and disrespect was obvious from the moment she walked in the room. Not sure what triggered it but it is unacceptable. Even her eyes were twitch while talking to me and brushing off my questions in a rude manner. Obviously this is my last time coming to this practice but wanted to share this in case it helps her make corrections. My visit started with a nurse that seems to give orders instead of listen and get upset for no reason! It ended with a doctor that carried on the same rude and biased attitude instead of correcting it.

My experience at New Beginnings was absolutely devastating and terrible. I keep in mind that is this my first pregnancy and I failed to do my due diligence in searching for an OBGYN that would follow my desired birth plan and align them with my pregnancy/health.
At my first appointment (at 5 weeks) I attempted to bring up my birth plan/process with Dr. Parmar, she put her hand up and said it was too soon to discuss this with me.
Fast forward to 12 weeks of my pregnancy, I expressed to Dr. Parmar that I wanted a natural birth. She assured me that I would be delivering my baby vaginally. But little did I know that she meant she would want to induce me.
At 37 weeks, she told me she had scheduled my induction at 39 weeks. She explained to me the process of induction and I was heart broken. This was not what I wanted. She put a lot of pressure on me going to the hospital even sooner. It seemed like she had an agenda and wanted my baby delivered on her own time.
My pregnancy has been picture perfect. I am a heavy set woman, but my weight gain has been minimal from my start weight of my pregnancy. My blood pressure has been good. I have had no complications, but she labeled me as high risk and used fear tactics to get me to agree to the induction. When I told her I wanted an unmedicated labor/birth, she got upset and said I was “risking having a stillborn child”. She requested me call someone else to collaborate my birth plan. Since my husband didn’t answer, she had me call my mother in law to confirm my birthing plan and make her aware of the “risks” I was putting myself in. It was the most degrading thing I have ever experienced as a woman. I was unheard and disrespected. She proceeded to tell me that if she knew from the beginning that I would not follow the guidelines of an OBGYN practice, she would not have agreed to take me as a patient. If she had let me talk about my birth plan from the start, I wouldn’t have chosen her as my doctor. I felt helpless, but I knew what I wanted.
I even got a second opinion at a birthing center— just to double check her medical opinion because it was hard for me to not want believe Dr. Parmar, and they agreed with me. They confirmed that my current health and pregnancy are at no risks for what Dr. Parmar had said to me. Here I am at 37 weeks having to switch to another avenue to deliver my baby because I can no longer trust Dr. Parmar and her team.
Fortunately, I found a practice that is better suited for me and they’ve apologized for my experience and treatment from New Beginnings. If your goal is a natural birth and compassionate-open communication, I do not recommend New Beginnings.

From start to finish everything with this facility was a breeze. I called on Monday and they were able to see me on Friday. Told me the cost, reminded me of my appointment, and were courteous upon arrival.

All the staff that I encountered were extremely nice.

I loved the tattoos on the girl who drew my blood.

I think I saw Dr. Parmar?

She was so sweet and I felt comfortable. She didn’t brush off anything and looked into all of my issues and even offered me sound advice. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

I look forward to coming back. Thank you for making my visit a good one.
