The staff is great over the phone! I’ve probably called about 7 times within this week because I’m clueless how to go about with my citation and they are so nice and helpful with no rudeness after my back to back calls. Just got off the phone with Tracy for my citation and she was so sweet and helpful! Bexar county is nothing like this with my experiences. Thank y’all!

Probably the worst experience of my life got pulled over for speeding up on the ramp. Tried to get a court date then they gave me a court date I couldn’t accept tried to change but they denied and basically said I have 15 days to pay the ticket! Thought Texas was different but they aren’t… glad I moved from that are and good luck to the people that have to deal with them.

Beware and cautious when driving through this city. Recently I was northbound on I35 several miles south of Bucee’s. When officer Kory badge#245 cut me off unlawfully and expectedly in the far right lane as he came from the on ramp shoulder and crossed the double white line without signaling or patrol lights on with a car length between me and the next vehicle. I hit my brakes but didn’t slam on them because I didn’t know if someone was behind me and had my family in the vehicle at the time. So I veered to the right partially on the shoulder in case the vehicle where to stop suddenly, leaving no room for no one after the officer decided to do a failure to yield to oncoming traffic. He stayed in the lane for a few minutes before deciding to change lanes to the far left lane. For unknown reason other than retaliation, he then shines his spot light on me through my driver’s window to blind me. He stays in that lane for a moment and later changes back lanes to follow me again to run my plates and see if I he can catch me speeding. It isn’t after a mile or two when I exit towards bucee’s on the frontage road, he pulls me over. To which he states, “ I pulled you over because you nearly hit me. ” I replied, “ Yea because you cut me off from the on ramp. You failed to yield right away to traffic, failed to signal, crossed the double white lines, and only a car’s length between the next vehicle in which you forced yourself into the lane. ” He then asks for my drivers license and insurance and said let me run them. Comes back and gave me a ticket for following to close in traffic and expired registration. I said, “You really giving me a ticket for cutting me off knowing you were in the wrong? He said “Yes”. If you want to review the footage to fact check it, on 5/18 around 9: 45-10: 15pm. When officer’s and the city wants trust and these are there actions. Abuse of power and above the law to impose on others.
