We love Tracy Morgan. She is the sweetest aid and so very helpful. She makes mom feel very comfortable while doing body care. I can not say enough good things about her. We appreciate all the help at such a difficult time.

I love my hospice team of caregivers. They are extremely caring, loving and professional. I highly recommend New Century Hospice to anyone in need of hospice care. From my nurse's aid Gayle, to my nurses Robbie and Tiffany, my Chaplain Doug Downs, social worker Clydie Taylor, and of course Shannon who brings it all together, I couldn't ask for a better group of individuals to help take care of me. They are also very helpful to my husband by answering any of his questions and concerns. They are all special in their own way and feel like family. They turn my frown upside down and make me feel like I'm in good health when they are here because their visits are so enjoyable. Gayle is almost like a sister. She always asks if I need anything from town when she is on her way to my house. She makes bath time fun:)

I work in a nursing home where I have hospice patients. My experience with new century hospice has always been positive. Tiffany is great and works well with the staff and patients. She's knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Highly recommend new century and their nurse Tiffany. She's alway there when she's needed.

I am the DON at Bertram Nursing and Rehab. I’ve been here for 27 years and love New Century Hospice. I love working with their director Shannon Robison and I’ve worked with her for many years. She’s very compassionate and her group is always very fast to respond and show up when they’re needed. Kassy is here a lot seeing her pts and she’s such a great nurse and hard worker. We are very grateful to have such a great group in our facility.

I've enjoyed my encounters with the Nurses and CNA's that work for this hospice service! They truly care for their patients and families of the patients.

Tracy Morgan is my mom’s care giver. She is amazing. She is gentle and kind and my mom loves when she comes. My sister and I are so thankful for her and New Century Hospice. We don’t know what we would do with out them.

Tiffany Aiken is my moms nurse. She is always pleasant and knowledgeable. We appreciate her always being available for us.

Clydie Taylor is my mom’s social worker. She is very helpful and we enjoy her visits.

The entire team at New Century Hospice is wonderful. Mom loves for Tracy to come and shower her. They sing together and has the whole nursing center singing along most days. Robbie is super and always meets Mom’s needs. Can’t say enough great things about New Century.

Tracy Morgan has been an aide for my daughter who has MS and needs special attention. Tracy always comes in with a smile and an I love you. Her showers and hair washes are so looked forward to every week multiple times a week. Tracy is a real blessing in our lives. We appreciate her so much.her smile is golden.

So let me tell you about a lady name Tracy Morgan she is the best she takes her time with her patients cares for them like she would her own famliy she is very loving and compassionate this lady is amazing she sings to her patients while caring for them it's very soothing the patients can tell by the way she is that they are in good hands I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of your family she is just wonderful

New Century Hospice is the best hospice company I have ever experienced. As a long time CNA I have never experienced a Nurse work so closely together with me to provide the best care possible for my patients. Tiffany is the most loving, compassionate, and informative nurse and woman I’ve met in a long time. If you’re looking for a Hospice company look no further, they most definitely go above and beyond for not only your loved ones, but us CNA’s also. Just ask for Tiffany, I know I will.

New Century was here for me and my family when my Mom passed. I could not ask for better support and caring. The hospice team is amazing. I personally know Tiffany A. And see and hear her caring, loving heart and attitude every day. She is amazing.

Miss Tracy, the aide who assists my father, is amazing! My dad usually does not want to shower and is difficult. She is so good with him and so patient that now really trusts her. As a result, he cooperates and his hygiene is wonderful!

My experience with Kassy has been so helpful in taking care of my husband Arthur. She has the professional answers for all of our questions. Kassy always knows how to ask the questions for us to remember to let her know answers that let’s her how to care for Arthur. Kassy’s smiles and happy personality always leaves us feeling the same.
