New Clock Restaurant reviews
18Old school vibes with great flavor and amazing service, it is a very popular place and breakfast is served all day.
Excellent service, delicious food, The cashier Sandra is so kind and respectful with everyone. I been patron this restaurant for more then 7 years and I always receive perfect service and great food. Today I witnessed a terrible act from another costumer who was yelling at the cashier for no reason. I believe I saw his review posted here, where he lied and talked nonsense about the cashier. This is a great restaurant with excellent costumer service that deserves better.
Love this restaurant. Yummy home style eats. The prices are portions are great. The staff is very friendly, clean, and attentive. The chicken fried steak was enormous! Delicious food and dependable service. New Clock will always be a favorite.
Quick service and good food. I was worried (needlessly) when I saw the line outside the restaurant. We were seated quickly, and I soon found out why they are a local favorite.
I've been patronizing this restaurant for over 21 years, but I stopped eating at this restaurant due to a disrespectful cashier by the name of Sandra. She also had the audacity of questioning my integrity. Many veterans and their families have literally complained to me regarding her lack of morals and the lack of etiquette she has displayed towards them. Complaints have fallen on the owners deaf ears. Sandra has made this into a personal vendetta against me. I have no reason to understand why her vitriol against me has taken root in such an aggressive manner. I ask customers to demand that this young lady be fired immediately if confronted with this same behavior.
They fail to explain that there is no substituting of items and overcharging each items a-la-cart. Resulting in ridiculously inflating and overcharging customers meals! And when you bring it to their attention and question the receipt they speak to you in a condescending and rude manner!
We went on Father's Day and were extremely pleased with our visit! The restaurant is very clean and the service is AMAZING! The server was expeditious in gladly meeting our many requests, like extra cream and napkins, and a to- go cup for my coffee.
I ordered the Chile Colorado breakfast plate and the flavor was out of this world. The red chile was perfect, spicy but not too spicy. The coffee was piping hot and delicious too. My husband ordered the Huevos Rancheros and loved them. The wait time was about 5 minutes.
Added bonus, seeing friends we hadn't seen in a long time.
If you want good country breakfast with a Mexican flavor in your stomach, I am telling you to run not walk to this spot! The customer was timely. The food was hot and good. I'm a big breakfast person. My steak was just like I ordered and my eggs were cooked right. Finally! We will definitely go often. Now, with that being said, anywhere that the food is good you know it will be busy. I must say that they got us in our seats very quickly and I totally appreciate that.
Service was excellent and food was delicious. The recommendations from friends who I got to work with, since I am from the lower Rio Grande, was spot on. Can't go wrong to eat here and facilities was clean.
Love this place! Affordable food and friendly staff. ALWAYS busy so it's usually loud and often a sizeable wait on food so don't go if you're in a hurry.
Had an amazingly breakfast mm mmm mmm n had the best service n it's a great place to get the family together for a meal
Ate here twice during my 4 day stay.excellent both times. Giselle my server was very knowledgeable of menu and prompt in attending to whatever I needed i.e. More coffee etc.update here again in 2023.got to visit 5 times this year tried new things.all were excellent. I can't wait to return next year!
Terrible service, took 15 to 20 minutes for the server to finally show up and ask us for drinks, then 1 hour n half later we find out the server didn't put in our order, never going back.
Bad experience
One of our favorite places to eat at in the Northeast. The homestyle cooking always hits the spot, doesnt break the bank, and the service is always great. We have been here multiple times and never had one complaint.
This place has been a family staple for a long time and it's great with friendly staff! I usually get the pork chop and egg breakfast. Very delicious! Gisele there is absolutely the greatest to me and my family!
Breakfast was awesome. Had the Huevos Rancheros. Service was excellent. Although it was busy food came in a timely manner.:)
My Family goes to the Clock at least once a week! GREAT EVERY TIME! GREST FOOD & SERVICE! KEEP UP THE GREAT FOOD AND QUICK SERVICE
The waitress took our order and we all got our drinks except one of us and then tookba long time to get that drink. She brought our order out and forgot one plate and took a long time to get it. She forgot to ring tortillas even after I reminded her, she still forgot. She didn't ask even once if we were okay or needed anything else or refills. The food was good, The service not so much.
