New Day Floors did an excellent job at our home. It was a small project, just replacing the carpet in a master bedroom closet, but they had the same professional attitude as if was our entire house. Our sales assistant, Hayden Pipkin, was very professional and kept us fully informed as to the schedule and installation, and follow up inspection after completion. I highly recommend Hayden and New Day Floors!

New Day floor did an excellent job in our recent Office Renovation project. This is our 5th project with New Day floors. Once our clients work with New Day they will not work with anyone else. New Day always provides the best materials and workmanship. Their professionalism and attention to detail is what makes them stand out and makes these projects come out amazing.

Consulted with Alejandro to replace my laminate due to water damage. He never asked me to approve the sample and installed a completely different product.
Although my exact laminate is no longer on the market, he promised to replace my laminate with a similar laminate in a close shade, not cheap vinyl flooring. I never agreed to a completely different product. The sheen in the vinyl is matte, my floor is glossy. The color of the vinyl is cool, my floor is warm. Now in order to get what I was promised, I will have to hire a company who actually cares to do it.

I have contracted with New Day Floors on two projects. Alejandro and his crew provided top customer service. Both projects were completed on time and within my budget. The first project was installing waterproof vinyl flooring which included the removal of the existing flooring. The second project, we installed ceramic flooring in the newly enclosed patio. The quality of the workmanship was “top notch”. I would recommend New Day Floors to anyone who has a need for flooring in their home.

Alex installed new wood flooring in our condo. He was able to repair aged sub flooring that was warped and cracked and the result is spectacular. Level, creak free, and beautiful. They are an amazing professional company! We had to have some broken tile removed and replaced with new tile and the staff who did the work did an outstanding job! Their work was flawless and the removal of the old tile was done with precision and care so as not to damage any of the adjacent tile. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has tile floors that need some TLC or to install brand new tile. A+ =-)

Good experience with New Day Floors. Professional and experienced sales and installers. I told them what I wanted and they brought samples for me to see. Within the week the flooring was ordered and scheduled to be installed. Very happy with my floors.

We used Alejandro and his company for our recent floor installation. Before we were aware of Alejandro and his team we had a very rocky experience with the demo of our floors. Following this rocky process we were referred to Alejandro and will never make another call again for floors. Alejandro and his entire company were professional, on -time, responsive, honest and hard working. They installed tile on our entire first floor of our house, and came back and sealed it as of this last weekend. I would 100% recommend them for any projects in your house. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire process, and especially the end result. We are already thinking of the next project that we are going to use them for. New Day Floors removed carpet from 3 rooms, leveled our concrete slab floors, and installed new ceramic flooring. They also did some ceramic floor repair to other rooms in our home. In addition New Day Floors installed panel rock for our new fireplace wall. Elizabeth, the project manager did a great job advising us along the way. She also followed up as the work was being done to ensure it was done correctly and to make sure we were happy. We had a lot of work done and we are pleased with the end result. If you need flooring or decorative paneling installed you will be well taken care of by Elizabeth at New Day Floors.

Had such a great experience with New Days Floors. I saw them installing vynil floors at my neighbors and I asked if they could come after finishing for a quote.

They did and walked me through the process and timing, I wanted to do the 1st floor room and the stairs and wanted to have a vynil color that would match my tile and would be (dog proof).

They gave me a quote in the spot and was very competitive (had quoted while back) but could change on the tile selection, which they explain with great details the differences and made me feel I pick right and with and though an honest contractor.

The installation took only 2 days and they even accommodate to my busy schedule that week. They asked me to do a walk though and point out anything I wouldn't like and needed to be corrected on the spot. (I couldn't find anything, but I like that much confidence)

I highly recommend them.

In fact more neighbors came by to check the job and they hire them next week.

We just had new flooring installed and had a great experience with New Day Floors. They worked in stages so we could still move around the house and worked quickly. The whole process took about 2-3 days, they moved the furniture with care and took off and put on all doors when completed.

Alejandro and his team were extremely professional and detailed. I would recommend his services to anyone in the San Antonio area. He was honest and performed daily walk throughs to ensure his team did a good job. We even had counter tops installed during the tile installation and there were no problems or delays.
