I just got a beard shave with Cruz. I was a little nervous at first since it was the first time I've ever gotten a shave. But it was a great experience I would highly recommend Cruz he can book schedule around your schedule he was awesome!

I called this location to set an appointment to add layers to my vary flat hair, At first Katie, the woman to answer the phone was able to book me for a hair cut with her, Moments after she reached out and let me know she over booked and had to set me up with a different stylist, Sam. Once I arrived to my appointment the original stylist, Katie, said she was able to help me. That was my first red flag. Katie is nice but very new and also was I, due to not getting my hair cut very often and trying to understand the process. I showed her a picture of the layers I wanted. Once done with the layers I asked her to add a little bang to my face because I liked hers. I did asked to try not to frame my face with doing that. Once she finished I told her I would have to go home and wash and straighten it to feel it out because I already didn't feel much of a change with the haircut, she let me know to reach out if I needed her to correct anything. The haircut was very unnoticeable of the layers and the bangs were very uneven. It wasn't to my standards and vary unnoticeable. I reached out to Katie and asked if I could come back but have a new stylist fix my hair. She booked me a appointment with a new stylist, Brynn. Turns out, that at this location if you want your hair corrected by someone else or a senior stylist they have to charge you for a full price for a "new hair cut" because each one is independent unless you return to the original stylist. I did not want that, seems a little unfair. Brynn was vary firm and made it seem it was all in my head and wasn't understanding at all. It mainly seemed she was upset to have to clean up someone else haircut. She explained all she could do was even my bangs out and I had to returned to Katie for the rest or pay full price for extra layers added in. She be little'd me and because I'm new at this, I just took it. It was hard and I feel used because paid for almost nothing. I'm not asking for a freebie, I only want this to be known.

Cruz was very thorough and made sure to ask specifically what I was looking for in what is normally a standard “men’s haircut. ” He was very personable and I enjoyed my time there.

I see Shaina. Hair cut and color are always on point. Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being there!

Was cancelled on the night before my appointment. I really needed my roots bleached and my hair dyed. I am not a fan of having a stylist text you after 9pm to cancel on you. Edited my previous good review. Not thrilled

First off this business is local and family owned! Shaina has been perfecting my hair for five years now. She’s managed to make my hair healthier and beautiful at the same time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend New Images salon for your whole family. Shaina does quality and consistent work. Shaina shares her expertise on quality hair products and hair styles. Dante did my sons first haircut at 1.5 years old and he continues to cut his hair now. Dante is patient, careful, and accommodating. I feel like this salon does it all and it’s such a clean, professional, and welcoming place.

I called twice to make an appointment and the lady on the call was very disrespectful. I asked if I could make an appointment and she told me no one works there that she was the only on there. Never got a call back from them

Dante is the best. Went out of his way to accommodate my wedding on his day off to make sure me and my best man looked our best. And boy did we ever. I am blown away with the entire experience and the look we got. I cannot thank you enough.can't wait to be back. First straight shave ever. Best cut ever. Best beard fix ever. Perfection

I found Shaina in 2017 when I moved there. She is awesome! Her customer service alone is amazing but hair wise, she delivers! She keeps your hair healthy always has great suggestions and she is honest. I always leave her chair feeling I have the most beautiful silky smooth hair. I was traveling for a year and I always waited until I was back in town just to get my color done by her only even if it was over due.

Now I have moved a few months and sooo wished I could fly tobher every time I need my color done. Miss her skills!
