New Orleans Apartments, Carrollton TX

So i ust to live here about 1 year ago and the expirience was bad we lived here for about 6 years i dont even know why we stayed here for to long.let me start off to say maintance suck! Second the office was never opened it would be a weekday in the afternoon and office closed would go hours later office still closed.their is roaches and rats the manager is really rude she dont care about anything.you only get one parking lot. DO NOT MOVE HERE NO SE MUEVAN AQUI ESTA HORIBLE!

These apartments suck, they’re remodeling the outside but not the inside, my a/c unite leaks and hasn’t been fixed, rent is high for such small apartments, have had multiple cars vandalized or stolen. NOT WORTH!

HORRIBLE APARTMENTS
THE INSIDE IS HORRIBLE (No Maintainance)

-small
-sewer smells
-no space for nothing
-horrible apartments (NO AIR CONDITIONING)
It does not cool down ur apartment at all!
-rude manager…
-no maintenance again! ROACHES, BED BUGS, INSECTS ETCCC

Ugly looking apartments need way more updates. Allso we get no type of Maintainance, the a/c never works and their about to make them electricity separate wich won’t be good cause their a/c does not cool down.

They should replace the plants and put new grass! My building is full of dirt and dead plants feels like I live in the ghetto definitely moving out if they don’t do more upgrades.

PUT FAKE GRASS ON THE PATIO! Specially on 1729 BUILDING! THERES SO MUCH DIRT AND DEAD GRASS WITH BIG BIG PATCHES OF JUST DIRT AND MORE DIRT

There’s so much dirt.on my 1729 building there’s no grass, just plain dirt, Management please try putting new grass and new plants to the property it looks bad: (

BAD BAD APARTMENTS THEY HAVE US WITH OUT FURNACE/CALIFACTION WE ARE FREEZINGPlease replace our windows with new ones! It feels like we are sleeping outside in the cold (this has always been a thing, so not just Rigth now) our windows leak so much and the cold comes in really bad, and that makes us turn on the A/c at all times but if y’all replaced them it would save electricity, because it would geT

OWNERS! PLEASE PUT NEW WINDOWS ON ALL APARTMENTS, the cold blows in so bad and there’s so much leaking thru the old windows (this will Allso save electricity if you think about it because our apartments will be warmer)

These apartments haven’t been getting upgraded a bit ugly looking from the outside but the inside it’s the opposite it’s nice and remodeled.
