My buddy stay here, rooms are decent, neighbors are cool. Rent is cheap from what I hear. And the neighborhood isn’t bad, it's a up and coming place.place is under new management so things are being ran a little different

Lady j is amazing she takes care of the houses and the tenants I am thankful she let me come back

They giving me the run around about my money back the boss very rude won't answer the phone rooms very dirty it's a trashy mess

Great place to get back on your feet. Affordable enough to save up for your own place after a messy break up. The manager, Ms. Vee is a motherly woman who tries her best to work with people. I thank God for people like her.
