New store is very nice and much roomier than their old place. The folks are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Will return.

Bought our son a car for Christmas for almost $800, they promised the car would be assembled with stickers included. After picking it up I realized they had done a poorly job (slanted plate, words upside down to name a few)
When speaking to the manager he was rude & condescending. Horrible customer service

Great place and great people that know their sh*t. Went to a few others places that weren’t helpful at all! Here I found what I needed and was guided in the right direction with things that I needed to know with zero frustration! Ask for Mike!

Horrible service! I kid you not, the MANAGER! Mike treated us with a racist attitude! He then turned around and told me that he had received 40 calls before mine and that he had no idea what batterie he had told me he had, the place is not that busy he was just siting on the desk in the entry, just order your stuff from tower hobbies and save yourself the head ache! I will be posting on all places so people are aware of this type of behavior

Very very bad service, if I could give less than 1 star. I would. Mike the "manager" is truly lacking of attitude to treat customers. Take your business somewhere else.

Just started the hobbies couple of months ago and I just happened to wonder in to check it out while I had to wait for my vehicle repairs done across the street. The store has what I believe is a good selection of products and repair parts for all RC I walked out that day with a traxxas ultimate slash 4×4 truck and I've returned to the same store several times to buy upgrade performance parts for my RC truck the staff I've encountered in my visits are very informative and have a real passion for the hobby and for this reason I continue to go to this location when I live near other locations that are much closer

Above and beyond on ur rc needs.mike always comes thru with parts we need for rc.im from harlingen n he always invoices me and has parts delivered same day if not next.keep it up mike.

Mike is by far the most helpful and level headed person. I've been in the store on average of 25 times over a month and he has always helped me with everything. He has helped me build and upgrade 2 drag cars, along with tuning them. He has helped me with troubleshooting and even gave me his personal number so I can contact him IN HIS OFF TIME! 10 OUT OF 10 HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

This store is cool as hell. They’ve got gadgets and gizmos-a-plenty; They’ve got whozits and whatzits galore. You want thingamabobs? THEY’VE GOT THEM ALL.

These guys are amazing they fixed my Bigfoot traxxas rc truck and it runs very nicely and they also fixed my 6 year old rc car that has been not touched for a long time and he thing works like if it was just out of the box!

Very friendly and informative. Helped me get my son started with a 1/16th scale and was able to answer all my questions. I went there just looking, but walked out with an RC truck. Thanks!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions. I like that if you buy a product there, they will help with repairs down the road. Brought in an RC with a broken motor, still under warranty, and their tech repaired it no questions asked.

Excellent costumer service. Only one employee working at a time so check out is little slow. They also service your RC right there infront of you.
