I have a 2011 Subaru that needed a new transmission being it was older I did not want to invest in a new one they found me a used one at first it was not correct I went back two or three times and they did everything possible to make it right and in the end they did. So much so that I am going to bring my other car down there for them to fix as well. These are very professional very nice people to work with. I very much appreciate all they did.

They are always straightforward and quick. Their prices are fair, and they are nothing less than professional.

Steve was easy to work with. He understood my needs and responded kindly and in a timely manner. The work was done efficiently and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

They were on time when I mentioned I have a deadline to get my car done. They had professionals that were able to look over car properly, and did not pressure me to do repairs immediately. Was very pleased and were super happy with how professional and clean the office was. The fish are lucky fish to be kept in such a clean tank! Left very happy:)

I replaced my plug wires, with faulty parts.

They could have done extra work, but fixed the low cost problem!

Excellent customer service and repairs. Friendly atmosphere with clear and prompt communications.

I had an excellent experience here. Friendly and fair. I thought that something was really wrong with my car and it would have been easy to convince me that there was. But they checked everything out, fixed the minor issues, and charged me way less than I expected to pay. Brought my kiddo in to pick up my car, and even she loved the saltwater fish tank! They even gave her a shell that had once been in the tank. They’re my new guys!

Good price for the annoying things that break on an older car, like power windows. Also, they fixed the leak in the AC. So far, so bueno with all the repairs and I’m glad to get some more time out of run down car.

Long story short: tried to overcharged me by over 2x for a part that didn't even fix the problem they misdiagnosed.

I had taken in my Audi for an oil change and was happy with their service, so I thought I'd take it in for the code (P2404) it was showing. They confidently diagnosed it as a faulty leak detection pump, and quoted me $649 for the part. I went online and found that Audi sells it for $295. Upon confronting them, I got a sheepish "oops" with no explanation. I took it to a very highly reputed shop nearby to replace it. Turns out that didn't fix the problem. I wrote back to the owner (David) to ask how his mechanic had diagnosed the problem. Radio silence. As it so happens, replacing the LDP is indeed a _potential_ fix, but it's not where a knowledgable Audi shop will start. That code can have multiple causes.

Honestly, if he'd even bothered to explain himself, I wouldn't be writing this review, but he didn't, so I am.

Friendly and affordable, these guys will get your car running well and for a fair price. There is also a great fish tank in the lobby that helps the wait time go by.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an automotive place ever! From start to finish you feel like you are taken care of. Honest people and they will be straight will you. They took care of an alternator and battery problem I had. They finished quick and same day! I will definitely be back to see Dave and his crew for such a great experience. I absolutely recommend this place. Everyone (especially the owner, David) was extremely helpful and nice, which is very much appreciated when you’re frustrated from dealing with a car that won’t start. They not only fixed the problem, but kept me updated and went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations. 10/10. Thank you again!

Never again I’m I taking my car here again, called and made an appointment on my only day off. When I get there apparently they don’t have me down and tell me they can’t do it.
