Good exp. Did not know what to expect nut was walked thru it and appreciated the professionalism.

Could not be more unhappy with the hearing aids, one quit working in less than a week, i was told i would receive a call the next day to schedule a follow up appointment, no call was made but was scheduled for me at a time i could not maintain.the hearing aids were not comfortable and actually hurt my ears, like they did not fit properly

At this point I am not sure. I just took my hearing aids back for a second time. We'll see when I get them back. They are only a year old and still under warranty however.

I just received my hearing aids and I'm very pleased that I can now hear very well. I'm getting adjusted to them, but I think that they will help me in the long run. Everything was explained to me about how to use them and care for them. I'm sure that I will have questions later on.

I was treated professionally and kindly. Test results were thoroughly explained and hearing aid choices were presented and well described. Hoping my aids help.

I couldn't be happier. I got in at my appointed time. The staff was outstanding. The doctor was very clear and concise. She explained what I might expect from the VA. In and out in an hour.

I found Jordan friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and really helped me understand my hearing problem. The two doctors on the video conference likewise were courteous and willing to answer all my questions. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Jordan gave my 4 year old hearing aides an update and good cleaning. He also removed wax from my ear canals. Very gentle and informative. Thanks.
