I recommend this facility, from checking in/out to the evaluation, everyone was very kind and assistive.
They have always been very helpful, we’ve visited these office for many years my daughter Norma is the one using hearing aids since she was 3 yrs old. Can’t say enough about the personnel that works there very helpful.

The folks at New Sound in Del Rio took great care of me. They fought the battle with VA on my behalf and got me the equipment that I needed. Then they took the time to explain all of the functions of my new hearing aids and how to care for them.
