I would leave zero stars if I could, I will never do business with anybody who lacks integrity like the employee that I encountered. Stay away.

From our first contact with Next Day Access to its final completion everything was of first quality. We were contacted by Amber Graham, and she came to our home, made an assessment took measurements and said that we will get a quote sometime later that day. And sure enough we got the quote and the estimate. We called to have the project scheduled that very next day.
Amber Graham and Next Day Access gave a time line and all work was done according to schedule. We could not be more pleased with the elevator that was installed, but more importantly how professional the service was with Amber at the helm. She made sure that everything went to plan and kept us informed all the way through the process. Amber gave us peace of mind and we are very happy with the elevator. We are thankful for Next Day Access, Amber, and the entire team that enabled this project to be so smooth from start to finish.
We would highly recommend Next Day Access for any of the needs in which they provide from ramps, chair lifts, elevators, and many other helpful items that they have.

From having Greg come out to give me a quote, to Garrett coming for the install. They made everything so easy and worry free during such a stressful time of getting my mom's house prepared to come home from the hospital. They are also very trustworthy. During the install Garrett actually told me he didn't think I needed as many bars as I was planning for and he was right, alot of places would not do that. Hopefully you don't have to be in this situation, but in the event that you are they are a wonderful company to use. Amber was also very pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. Next Day Access was amazing! I called them on a Thursday to look into a pool lift and they had someone to my house on Monday for an assessment. They then send my a quote by the end of that day. Not only was the quote sent quickly but it was by far the most reasonably priced out of all the companies I talked to in the Dallas area. Additionally they quoted me a 2 week delivery date for the equipment and despite COVID-19 they were able to get the equipment in exactly on time. Finally they were able to schedule install the next day after they received the equipment and the technician was able to install it in under an hour. Overall this is the best buying experience I have had with any company that sells accessibility devices. I would highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on time and consulted with us on what grab bars would work best for us. We actually did not need as many as we had planned! Installation was completed quickly and satisfactorily, with no unexpected costs. The bars are sturdy and well made, and very secure in the wall. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, we had a grab bar installed in an existing shower. They were on time, price was what was quoted and they did a nice job.

I had a grab bar installed along a wall in my bathroom and one in my shower. Amber was very knowledgeable and helpful getting it arranged for me. Garrett came and installed them, he was very nice and worked quickly and even cleaned the area when finished. A big thank you to Jason also, I appreciated his help too. I love my grab bars.

The Next Day access team was courteous, professional and friendly. They came out today to assess my staircase for a stair lift and my stair lift was installed the same day. I am a nurse case manager and would definitely recommend this team to anyone in the DFW area needing home adaptive equipment, stairlifts and any other items to make a patients post rehab stay and transition to home an easy transition! Call them because they are so personable that no question is silly and they are very knowledgeable about any and all of their products that they carry. Lastly the stair lift was affordable and and it is well constructed and looks as if it will serve our family for years to come. I needed this to allow my husband who has had a stroke to have access to the 2nd floor once he arrives home. Thank you immensely Next Access!

Next Day, No Kidding! Not only was Jason and Next Day Access able to come out the next day and do an estimate, they were able to install the ramp I needed and was able to get my Mom back home from the rehab after her stroke. Realized I would need my bathroom modified after she got out, and after being told by another contractor that he could back to me in weeks and start working, I knew I needed NDA again and they came out the next weekday. Getting my Mom the shower she needs to stay comfortable at home is priceless and anyone who takes care of a non ambulatory patient knows this, yet they made it simple and easy during a time that I need some simplicity. 5 stars

I am a 16 year navy veteran who became 100% disabled. I was given a two page list from which to select a service company for my vehicle lift. I am so glad we selected Next Day Access! A great team across the board, always greets us with friendly and courteous smiles. The technical work is always done very professionally and expeditiously. The U. S. Marine veterans Jason and Garrett make me feel right at home. Whether you are a veteran or not, you would be doing yourself a disservice not to have this company for all your accessibility needs.
