Next Generation Barber Shop, Waco TX

I hate posting a 1 star review but on this one I have to. I just moved to Waco, I had a great barber in Dallas. I wish I could say I found a good one here but I came in Saturday and got the worst haircut I’ve gotten in years.
My fade is not even.
It’s significantly higher on one side than the other and I’m not sure how I missed it at the end of the cut.
Also I don’t even know the name of the man who cut my hair because he barely said 2 words to me. When I sat down he looked at me and said “what do you want? ” And that was pretty much all he said to me.
He wasn’t rude or anything but definitely not friendly. It was just awkward silence the entire time. I asked for a hard part and my wife literally asked me in the car why I didn’t get that. The barber briefly went over it with clippers but you can’t even see the hard part at all. The barber did not use a straight razor at all the edge up was not crisp.
For this to be a $35 haircut I feel absolutely robbed. You’d be better off going literally anywhere else.
Sport clips, super cuts… literally anywhere.
I expected a lot more from a barber shop.
Terrible customer service, blaring loud music the entire cut, my chair didn’t even have a foot rest.
The only positive was the person who said hey when I walked in.

The atmosphere is incredible here. I have been coming here for numerous years to get a haircut
And its always done correct. The staff is friendly and attentive… i highly recommend bext generation barbershop.

If you are looking for a barber that can still cut a Flat Top, look no further as Ulises the barber cuts a great looking Flat Top. Overall experience at this shop is top notch as well. I highly reccomend this shop if you are looking for a fade or any of the latest styles. As for me, I'm old school Flat Top and Ulises does it as good as anyone thats cut my hair in the past 40 years.

Got a same day appointment. My boy was happy with his cut. Will be back.

I’ve been coming here for about a year! And have been using John about every 2 weeks since. Amazing Haircut every time.

My 3 year old nephew got his 1st haircut there tonight and it is so jacked up looks like a child cut his hair and he never even moved while getting hair cut this is sad that rushing through a hair cut while another guy is rolling blunt yall shouldn't be in business and I think we should get our 30.00 back cause gotta take to get fixed and horrible customer service
