Next Level Orthodontics, New Braunfels TX

At the beginning it seemed it was going to be a good experience, but as the time went by we didn’t not feel the same. The staff forgot brackets several time, also leaving the wire too long several time causing my daughter to deal with unnecessary pain. When we called in we were told those missing brackets would be fine, almost like the staff was saying “we are too busy to care”

We went in and agreed upon a price, but at the end we’re told it would be an additional $300 for a permanent bottom retainer. This bracket is ESSENTIAL in keeping my daughters teeth straight, not telling your customers about this initially and/or adding this cost in if it’s essential seemed like a scheme to get more money. Didn’t seem honest especially when I asked upfront if this would cover everything needed. Something essential should not be an added cost it should be included from the beginning.

Efficient, friendly, and honest. They were all great. I would want Dr. Smith to be my boss if I weren’t retired already!

We were looking for an Orthodontist for a long time for our 12 year old son, we visited three places before arriving at Next Level, when we were at their clinic, our perspective about Brakes changed for the better, the staff is very friendly, the girl He gave us our quote and explained it to us in a very good way (he also speaks Spanish, which made the process easier for us). The Orthodontist told us that apart from being the Doctor's, he is also the owner of the place, so at any time or day you can have your appointment for adjustments, without having to wait for a certain day. And what I liked the most is that they open on Saturdays.

It was my first time going to this place and they make sure to show you around everything and let you know who everyone is and overall just make you feel comfortable, I went there for a consultation and they were able to get my braces on same day. I was asked many times by all of them if I was comfortable or if I needed a drink or anything. 10/10

I cannot say enough about how great NextLevel is! My son just got his first round of braces and they made it so easy and stress free. The atmosphere is fun and the whole staff is kind and inviting! Dr Smith makes you feel like family and VIP everytime! HIGHLY recommend!

Just had my braces taken off after 3 years and am so impressed with the level of service I’ve received. From the beginning the process was so easy as they work with you on what you can afford with payment plans. Every visit I’ve been in and out and received amazing service every time. Dr. Smith really takes his time and makes sure everything is done correctly (even if you don’t want to wait anymore for your braces to come off). Would recommend coming to this office if you are ready to make a change and do something amazing for yourself

Dr. Smith and his team were amazing with my boys. He was very thorough about our plan for the next two years and has a great way of communicating with the youngsters. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely love Dr. Smith and his staff. Our oldest daughter has been a patient there for 2 years, and our youngest just started treatment last month. Appointment flexibility was a must for our busy schedules, the Saturday availability is a game changer.

We have only just begun our journey with braces. I have found the staff to be very friendly and patient. They have a good working relationship with each other. So, that makes for a pleasant time while you are there.

Next Level Orthodontics is the place to go. We were new to the area last year so we looked at a few different places and decided on Next Level. They are located close to our home, the facility is very clean and well kept and I can’t say enough about Dr. Smith and his team. They make you feel comfortable and they treat you like family. We have taken 3 of our 4 kiddos here and we are very happy we found Next Level.
