I highly recommend this clinic. They are fantastic and they pointed me in the right direction when other doctors told me there was nothing wrong. It was stage 4 Cancer.

I applaud you all. You have guided me in my next steps to wellness so many times. I am completely satisfied with your ability to make a decision on what the next steps were for me. As it turns out because I followed your advice my stage 4 cancer was caught early enough and now I am a cancer survivor thanks to you guys. I have been depending on your services for years and never have been disappointed. Thank you!

This was my first time at this Next Level location, and it was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Kind office staff, and Dr. Bayliss was very understanding and down-to-earth. I was in and out within 30 minutes thanks to the online check-in!

Yo bro they said there was a 30 min wait for my aunt, Daquavious and there was a cockroach on the dang floor

I used this location this morning for the first time. Everyone was very nice and professional, definitely made me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend and I will use them again when the need arises.

Absolutely the best, from greeting on entry ; throughout immediate care and treatment; to pleasant and professional aftercare instructions and departure. Next level is the best way to describe every aspect of the urgent care I received here this afternoon. The setting was meticulously clean as well. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. We, a family of 4 (including 2 small kids), called the phone number an hour an a half before closing. They put us on the walk-in list over the phone and told us to come over. In the clinic, they told us that they couldn't see us because they were full and that the people on the phone didn't know what they were doing.
Is this a fun game for them to make a family of four with small kids drive around the city while feeling sick? Phones are for communication, not miscommunication. Beware - this clinic is VERY disorganized!

Tonight this location refused to see my son for chest pains because they were going to close in 20 minutes. We had to drive to another Next Level Urgent Care to be seen. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

From the moment I was greeted with a caring smile by receptionist Estefani I felt better about choosing to come to the Kingsland location rather than the ER. After bing escorted to a room, Tiffany (tech) was wonderful, even made me laugh through my pain. She was gentle and easy to talk to about my pain.
Deb Bayliss, NP was amazing, thorough, she listen with understanding and was gracious. She ordered x-rays and Nelly (x-ray Tech) was knowledgeable and skillful.

The Kingsland location is clean, calming, and the BEST patient services I have experienced in a long time.
Thank each of you amazing ladies for your kindness, and making me feel cared for.

Waste of time and money.
More concerned about any liability issue then actually giving me some relief.
Will not be returning.

EDIT- I’m changing to three stars because someone from the urgent care called to apologize for my experience and I truly did appreciate it. It shows that this urgent care does care about what people think and their experience at the office. I remember telling my mom while in the waiting room that I did like vibe of the urgent care and did want to return so I am open to looking for this urgent care at another location.

The ladies at the front desk and the nurse that came in to take my vitals were wonderful and very kind… however, I am rating 1 star because the doctor had zero bedside manners. There was no knock at the door when she came in which literally made me jump. It seems silly to even make this comment but I feel that knocking before entering a room with a closed door is common decency. She never introduced herself and then argued with me what was a fever and what wasn’t even though the tech lady that came through prior said yes, I did indeed have a fever. I understand we all have our days but it’s not hard to just be kind to others. Just very disappointing, I don’t feel good and this has not made me feel any better. I will not be coming back.

Wow. Just wow. I have never felt so uncomfortable from a Dr. Visit in my life. The receptionist barely acknowledged me since she was more involved with talking to the nurse. When I got all paperwork filled out she told me to go to room four. I walked myself back there and no one talked to me. I should have left then.
The nurse who saw me first couldn't figure out how to take my vitals and no joke forcibly pushed the machine to the hall then left the room to get another one. He then precedes to tell me I had the flu. Before I am even tested. He did a covid swipe, after fours years you know when it it is done right, he did it barely in my nose. Told me he would come back in ten minutes The two actual Dr. On staff were pleasant. But when I went to pick up my prescription it was sent to the wrong store. Don't go wre a total waste of money, and I wasn't given any paperwork on what I actually had only on the one symptom I told them about.

I have never received worse medical treatment than I did at this Next Level. They will take your money and then tell you they can’t (won’t) do anything for you and refer you somewhere else.

John Mcdivitt was the provider who saw me and treated me more condescendingly and disrespectful that I’ve ever experienced from a medical professional in my entire life.

I came in for treatment after receiving medical test results from another facility. From the moment Nurse Practitioner Mcdivitt saw me until the end, he talked to me condescendingly and with absolute disrespect and disregard for my health. After explaining my issue and the test results, he flat out called me a liar because the results came back differently than expected. I had to show him on my phone proof for him to believe me which is absolutely insane. After that, he told me I should’ve gone back to the place that tested me instead of Next Level and washed his hands of me. Standard of practice in medical care is to provide patients with treatment based on symptoms and need, but Mcdivitt shared he somehow needed specific testing done before giving ANY medication for a super simple condition.

No treatment was provided, not because he couldn’t but because he clearly had no interest in helping me. Please if you need treatment, go somewhere else. This place is a scam. John Mcdivitt shouldn’t have a medical license

I visited because my right ear was "plugged up" and had been for 2 weeks, and I was deaf in that ear from what I thought was water. The check in process is very easy. The waiting room is comfortable and the front desk staff is extremely friendly & professional. My provider was Beverly, and my med tech was Tiffany. Both were great! Kind, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. They literally spent hours working to resolve my issue, and they did. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. I left this facility able to hear again and with prescription antibiotics. I have a new respect for Urgent Care, and if my husband or I ever need quick medical attention in the future, we will definitely be coming here. Thank you all.
