This place just wants to just take your money without doing anything for you. Went in because I was having symptoms I always get when I have a UTI. I got in line online and still waited an hour to be seen after they said a room was ready. 2 people who got there after me got seen before me. I got in the room and since my urine sample was clean the Dr. Refused to give me antibiotics. So I paid $70 and wasted my time just for nothing. She told me just to take AZO pills and keep drinking water. What a joke

Expect to pay FULL PRICE or not be seen if their system or front desk don’t try to verify your insurance. I have insurance with a copay for urgent care and they wanted me to pay FullPrice bc they couldn’t figure out how to enter my insurance. Had the insurance on the phone and had them speak to office and still they wanted me to pay self pay. Won’t be coming back here again.

Doctor was great! Fast service and understanding.

If you can have a favorite urgent care- this is mine! The front desk reception staff are quick and very welcoming. I was seen quickly by Alan and Virginia Vo. Alan took great care of me and prepared my foot for stitches. Virginia is exceptionally considerate and had my foot stitched up quickly. A huge thank you to every member of their team. If you need an urgent care visit - this is your place.

Misdiagnosed my mom. My sister and I are both nurses. We told them to do an ultrasound to diagnose a DVT. They refused and said it was infection and prescribed antibiotics. We took her to the ER where she got proper care and was diagnosed correctly. The ego in this place overshadowed a proper diagnosis. Alan and Virginie… two NPs who MISDIAGNOSED A LIFE THREATENING ILLNESS. STAY. AWAY. FROM. HERE.

Quick wait time. Very affordable even without insurance. Staff has been excellent both times we have visited. Professional, clean, friendly business. Highly recommend.

Test positive for Covid this AM. Went directly to Next Level, Woodlands. Was seen within minutes and following exam, was provided with rx for antivirals and cough suppressants. Found staff very supportive and caring about my health challenges in dealing with Covid. Have used their services in the past and found staff to be well versed in caring for non- life threatening issues. Would commend staff and providers as great representatives of Next Level Urgent Care.

I was in today for a massive migraine. The level of care today was phenomenal.

The location was clean and had a very little wait.

My NPC - V. Vo was outstanding and put together a great treatment plan while I was there which significantly decreased my discomfort before I even left.

The nurse; Allan, made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. His bedside manner was wonderful and made my unpleasant experience actually, pleasant.

Disappointed. We were at the door at 9: 01pm and Kyla refused to take my son in and test him for flu and strep because they closed one minute earlier at 9: 00pm. (Customer service-minded staff would have known that taking 10-minutes to run a test would have made a lifelong customer.) Now I will find a competitor who wants to serve patient health.

I watched as Kyla let the last patient out in front of us at 9: 02 and then Kyla and her colleague left the building at 9: 08. She just used interesting judgement at 1 minute past 9 that demonstrated not having an empathetic customer care mindset. But I found a different urgent care clinic closer to my home who was happy to see us.

I was there yesterday to see a doctor, I had to register online upload photos of my health insurance card and I'd for 40 minutes later they told me that my co-payment was $180 when I know that my co-payment in a clinic that it's in my insurance network it's 20% of the total cost normally it's $29 to $40 dollars, avoid that place. Right now I am in another urgent care that is also in network and I just paid a $31 copay.

I have been calling since yesterday to get them to authorize my daughter's prescription. Getting ahold of someone here is impossible. I finally got through and guess what? ! They hung up. Now I have to make daughter an appointment with her normal doctor because these people will not do their jobs!

Response: email has been sent. And I am not the patient.my daughter was the patient. I understand your facilities ability to handle the incoming calls. But I work in a call center for 5 very busy physicians and we do not purposely pick up the phone and hang up on our patients. All I want is her prescriptions to be authorized so the pharmacy can finish processing them. Thank you.

We can’t give enough praise to this location. We’ve been here 9 times in 6 months. Their staff is phenomenal and always informative. Book through the app and they’ll see you for the next 7 days if they missed something or you need a school note (because you know you forgot to grab one). That part is all automated so you don’t have to chase after your doctors office. Our teenager is injury prone and our daughter started kindergarten this year so we’ve been at all hours. Schedule appts online and the office will text you when they have availability. It’s usually less than an hour and you can head to their location without a wait. We’re usually done in 20 minutes. All labs, testing for illnesses, X-rays… are done in the office with immediate results. There’s no emergency room fees, you pay your standard copay. Our 6 year old even liked it because the stuff has assured her they do not administer shots.

This place is usually pretty good from start to finish. Went today after 4pm for my appointment and the front desk receptionist Kyla Threads was so rude and nasty. First she lied about not having test results, then she conducted my business regarding payment and etc in the opening while I sat in the lobby, the she rudely directed me to my room and slammed the door upon her exit all this on front my 10 yr old son. Wow. I complained to my nurse and the manager was unavailable. I wasn't going to let this go without complaining by leaving a review because it was so un-called for.

I had short visit at this Next Level location but it was most memorable because the front desk personnel Kyla was so warm and welcoming. I can’t understand how the last person had a bad experience with her because she was so professional and even was patient with me as there was a bit of confusion with receiving my results. Just fantastic! ️

From Start To Finish I Was Absolutely Astonished By The Service Provided. Thank You To The Provider Albert And Ms Kimberly For Assisting In This Matter! Definitely Was A Last Min Trip And Left Relieved Afterwards!

Very bad, I did not wait to see the doctor, the person en front desk, she pass on other person who came after me, another person left the office for the same reason.

I had the most positive experience here today! I was feeling absolutely miserable with multiple symptoms and from the second I walked in I was accommodated. I have visited multiple different urgent care centers in the past and this is by far the best, from the front desk women to the nurses & doctor, I felt so comfortable when normally I am terrified of doctors offices. 10/10 recommend!
