NextCare Urgent Care, DeSoto TX

I appreciate Dr. Shellani and staff at Urgent Care; Desoto, TX. They work hard to deliver efficient service, while maintaining patient health concerns as priority. Like any Health facility, it can get hectic at times, nevertheless, my experience has been positive!

I had a good experience with NextCare. Their facility was clean, the wait wasn't ridiculous, and the staff was very professional.

My first time visiting today and it was friendly I felt at home! They took care of me and the service was fast! I will definitely be back

Booking the appt online & submitting info like paperwork, adding insurance card & drivers license photo was easy & made the process so much faster than filling out papers by hand. Staff was friendly & service was quick.

I took my daughter for an appointment here. We were quoted one price before the appointment and then charged more than double then what we were told. I was given a receipt which does not include the breakdown of cost anywhere on the receipt. They do their best to sale the “low cost payment plan”. On top of all that my daughter was told all of her test came back negative and if she had something it was probably passing and she would be fine in 3-7 days. I would NOT recommend this place at all. The only positive from the visit was that the lady at the front desk was very polite. Save your time and money and visit a Minute Clinic.

I was able to make an appointment for the same day …which was helpful because I thought I had COVID! The only part of the experience that wasn’t 5 star was the wait time. I was seen an hour past my scheduled time. The PA did explain the reason for the delay (which she thought the receptionist had relayed to me). The treatment was professional and quick. I hope I never have to use them again, but faced with a medical situation I will visit this office again.

I will never go to this urgent care again. Walked in and walked right back out. I recommend the place a few buildings down instead if you want good care.

1st time to go here and was a good experience, and not a lot wait at. Miranda was very professional and had a positive attitude.

Last minute appointment. Both nurse and doctor were very efficient and polite. I'm impressed with the doctor, though it was just a sports physical.and, yes, were have a great PCP.

I went to the urgent care in Desoto today, booked an appointment for the same day. There was a little bit of a wait but the service was very good. The lady at the front was friendly and very nice. I really like the fact that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me without rushing and even make some great recommendations to me. They took good care of me today. Thank you

Great Experience. Small problem with Insurance but it was taken care of. Friendly Staff. Would I return? You better believe it!

I made an appointment for my daughter who has sickle cell and is feeling ill. I was trying to keep from talking her to the ER where she would have to sit and wait amongst a bunch of sick people. We arrived and were told even with an appointment the wait would still be 3 hours because they are "running behind". I waited with my daughter for 3.5 hours and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be only to be told they have 2 systems that they use and they "couldn't see her in their system" we are now approaching the 4 hour mark and are just being seen. I am livid and beyond disgusted with this visit today.

The service was great the physicians were great they took there time and listened. Very professional will recommend this clinic

The medical staff is beyond amazing and professional. The front desk person, most definitely has some opportunity to show customer service and professionalism.

From the front desk, to the person who takes vitals and then the Doctor, every one was nice and even though I was sick I didn’t feel rushed or like they didn’t care. Highly recommend! Thank you ladies for everything.
