NextCare Urgent Care, Cibolo TX

I was very pleased with NextCare Urgent Care.
Was seen very quickly. The doctor took care of my problem. All the staff are very friendly, courteous, very pleasant. I can highly recomment this place.

Online appointment and docs easy! Always a friendly staff. They make sure you feel better while you’re there!

Straightforward scheduling, form submission and checkin, with friendly staff, PA and doctor.

Note: the checkin form should add an option to skip (or use already submitted information) the “Guardian” section if it’s redundant to the responsible party.

After two failed attempts at other urgent cares, NextCare on 1103 was very helpful and quick!

I brought my son in the NextCare UC because he was not feeling well. The Dr.was helpful and found out what was going on fast. My son and I were able to get in and out. For a small clinic, they are great, very friendly and convenient. My appointment was at 1: 15 and I seen and out of the clinic by 1: 50.

Team is helpful. Have seen Dr. Henry Waters for child’s sport’s physical and today for sick kids. They listen to the patients and I trust their guidance! Highly recommend when dr is needed!

I rushed in with an eye injury 2 minutes before they closed. Their door was still open and they still had the open sign above their door. The front desk lady turned me away and said they were closing. It was 7: 58, they close at 8: 00. And they turned me away with an eye injury.

I love that I can schedule an appointment online. They always seem to have availability. The wait times to talk to the provider are generally reasonable and the staff is friendly and kind.
