Appointment time was at 1400 didn’t start loading till around 2000. Went asked for a eta at around 1800 and to my surprise they were coming back with pizza. They didn’t start loading me till 2000 when my appointment time was 1400. But hey at least they got their pizza I guess. They must have had a pizza party planned today.

Pretty okay place. There was only a couple of times that I’ve been here that I had a long wait time. I’m usually in and out. There’s plenty of space for overnight parking around the building. Just use the bathroom and bring snacks before you do that because the only options they give for the bathroom is a flimsy yellow port-a-potty.

Check in and door assignment was immediate. Got loaded and paperwork 4 hours later. Doors are under an awning so it's hard to see when backing because not much light. Its a little tight but enough room in front of you to maneuver. Everybody I encountered was really nice and helpful. The yard jockey was super cool. The biggest problem is all the construction before you pull in, and that's not their fault. All in all, if it was a little quicker I'd give it 4 stars. I would come back here

Unprofessional employees, they keep u as hostage for the load 7to10 hours, I endup cancelling the load, I was born FREE. NFI were u were drunk when u were hiring

I've been driving 25 years they have me here two days people in the office laughing at me I never felt so disgusted before in my life I talked to them and smiled and just say yes or no male trying to get into a door they still talkin and just laughing and carrying on after the next day I called him back tonight after 4 hours after I supposed to have been here they said it'll be another 6 hours after the 6 hours they say where we put them in the door then it might be six more hours after he gets in a door not even knowing that I'm still on the phone what kind of people are there is within the pandemic and me having a special needs child trying to go home to her to spend the weekend with her been out three weeks I have to go through this with in the pandemic do you think this is right people no soul

They load you by appointment so don’t get too exited to get early. Minimum of 2 hours loading time and is Kraft foods managed by NFI.

From the time I check in til the time I am done being loaded I have had nothing but the best outcome from everyone there. Yes, sometimes it might take a little longer to get loaded than usual but you have to realize sometimes they are waiting for the product to arrive. Again, keep up the good work

The lady up front has been the best sweetest person every time I've been here. Slow to load but alot of places are. I really can't complain as I've never spoken to any of the dock hands. Hate coming early morning or mid evening because I can't see up under their awning but meh big deal

Worst place to work at the lead is lazy and the man who supervises is a racist who separated us by race i do not recommend anybody work here

Lets not have your meetings while drivers sit out here burning up their hours and fuel, this load will be late!

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with, highly unprofessional and very rude. Office staff needs to be completely replaced

This place is a JOKE. I was told my 53" trailer was to narrow to load. (really) The forklift driver didn't want to work today.
