Absolutely amazing. I was the passenger in an accident, was told to go get a lawyer to help with everything instead of walking away and doing nothing about the pain I was in. Never needed to be represented before, had no idea what to do. Called in, explained everything and they were more than willing to help, explained everything that would happen and updated me every step of the way, literally didn't have to do anything myself. Were friendly and open to talk whenever I had questions since I am not familiar with any legal stuff at all. I never felt rushed or ignored, I felt fully supported. Would highly recommend working with them

This is the worst experience I’ve personally had with a law firm. My case has been open for 2 years and each time I’ve made contact with my attorney, it has been because I have contacted them first. I even called her once and she completely forgot who I was and said that I had never spoken to her before even though she was my main point of contact and her number was saved to my phone. I’ve also been told on multiple occasions that I would get a call back and never do. Honestly, I will be transferring ASAP because this was my first accident in Texas and this law firm has done nothing to assist me.

They rarely call you back to discuss the status of your claim, but THEY made sure they were paid! 4 yrs and I'm still waiting for common decency to occur.
