18I ordered Banh mi combination but it’s make me disappointed, so less meat, they didn’t even have Cha Lua (pork bologna), and the taste is so bad right now, not like before.
Banh Mi is good. Customer service is horrible. Owner seems irritated and scold at many customers. Such a chaotic and unpleasant ambience. Suggest the owner to learn to treat people with respect as people pay, not beg for your sandwich. Will never be back. There are other good Banh Mi places in town that respect customers.
The sandwiches are ok. But the way they serviced and talked to customers of the owner (specific lady) was shuck. She needs to learn a lot more how to serve customers. Honestly suggest!
Fast, delicious. Get the chicken croissant, best I've ever had. Get there early, they run out of croissants. Cash only.
Probably the best place for bánh mì in Houston. Staff are nice and friendly, and are very quick when it comes to fulfilling your order. The bánh mì tastes fresh and great, good proportions, decently priced and they always make sure it's to your specifications. I've been getting my sandwiches from here for years so it's a testament to how much I like their food. Overall great small local business and I hope ya'll will try their food and support them.
Can't get enough of that croissant bbq sandwich with egg. There are many Bahnmi spots in the area but I come here for that specific reason. Great flavor and well balanced texture.
The arrangement of this place was messy. People who were going to order were standing to the table service in some messy lines. Despite of that, the food was good. A little bit quick service.
Good chicken Bahn mi but the customer service is poor. It's a family owned place and the man that took my order was probably the owner. He was snarky. I don't think I'll go there anymore.
This place has the best banh mi south of Saigon! The people are super nice but the fooooood.is freaking great! I literally will drive out the way to get a sandwich so good!
I've been going to this place since I was a child, and I can say: literally the best banh mi in Houston. The only, and I mean ONLY, other place that can remotely compete is the Thim Hing nearby.
The best banh mi in Houston for under $8? Count me in!
Language is primarily Vietnamese, but they are friendly to English speakers!
By far 9ne of the best sandwich places. My favorite is the bbq on croissant. There may be a lil wait sometimes but it's worth it
Idk about y'all but the wait is only like two and a half minutes. The sandwich is as good as it was years ago when I was a little kid. Price went up to $4 for the large combination sandwich but it's worth it.
Still a great place but I think they might be going through some changes. Hopefully nothing will change. I've been coming here for 10yrs, at least
The line can be crazy, but I do think they have the best banh mi in China Town. But the calories be very real
They're kind of skimpy on the combination meats. The flavor in the grilled pork and beef is good, but a tad dry. Might've been a bad day since they generally have good reviews. I'll try again and update my review.
Hands down favorite banh mi place in Houston! Meat is flavorful, and the in-house mayonnaise is sooooo good.
P. S. - Cash only
Their three meat sandwiches are great! Doesn't get too busy and the staff is not rude like other businesses in the area.
