Can not give an opinion other than the five stars, cause, this company deserves a galaxy of them.
I am employed here. I'm going career. Niagara has given me more than life water. It's giving me a river in which to carry my ambitions into an ocean of possibilities. The deluge of experience I can carry over has taught me appreciation and the value of appreciation. Niagara saved my life.

They were closed for six hours and didn't tell anyone they would be crazy waste of a driver's time and hours.

Their HR and hiring process is the worst of all. They make you wait so long only to resend offers after making you wait for almost a month after interviewing. Wouldn't recommend nobody for employment there.

I come here quite often picking up loads. Nice place, just wish they would improve their check-in process and loading time.

Check in process is outsourced to a unified call center and IS A JOKE! Niagra, your level of incompetence has severely waned in just a year and you lack all pretense of professionalism.

I've been here since 1: 50pm its 6: 02 pm & im still not loaded. This will be my last time coming here!

Son-in-law works here. He took us on a tour. The automation they use is amazing. Plus the building is almost a million square feet. It's massive!
