I arrive at 10: 40 am 20 minutes before my appointment at 11: 00 am they put me in a dock and now here is 12: 22 pm and I'm still waiting to be loaded. This b.s! If I get here before my appointment time and you wait until an hour and half later. I take as being disrespectful towards me. You are saying I don't care about your time.

One of the unresponsive place I have ever been to. No one cares about the drivers in the warehouse.will never come back to get the load again to this place.

Usually when I'm in dallas area I try and load out here. Usually loads in less then 2 hrs. Usually just show up 45 mins before my appointment time. They have canceled a load on me but it worked out. I have no problem with place 9/24/19

I drive for a large Carrier and this place is awesome great if you will. Every time I've been there they have been pleasant and very organized as well as efficient!

Horrible company in terms of shipping unprofessional for pre-load not ready total wait time 5 hours never got to a loading dock i left. Never go there please dont go. One of my top 1 worst shippers to deal with in trucking.

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. Lady at the call box seemed a bit gruff, but so what. Had 2130 appt got here at 2045 was put in a door and already have a red light and they're loading me. Wish all shippers were this quick

They don't tell you what to do if its your first time. They gave me a dock number amd asked for my number. I figured they would call. I dosed off woke up with green light. I just started to the guard shack.

Had a 12 non appointment was able to get a dock door right away and 13 minutes later getting loaded. Make sure you dont arrive to early for pickup about 30min should be good

Would have left sooner if I had known to leave as soon as I got a green light. I was waiting on a phone call.

Don't show up to make pick up until 15 minutes before scheduled time.no places to park within miles and shipper won't let you park. Got talked into doing this load but won't make the mistake again.

Notes for truckers: Check in, takes a while (I waited 10 min. To hear someone.) Plenty of room to maneuver. Loading is fast. Portapoty for a bathroom. No snack machine.

Very driver friendly. Ninety percent of the time, you're in a door quickly and loaded soon after. With a 22: 45 apt, I was loaded & released before 23: 15.

I was checked in and loaded under 30 min. And they let me stay in for my brake. Very nice and easy going ladies at the guard shack. Just my personal experience.

Trash around docks and old semi tire on grass,

Takes a long time to get loaded at night time. Good thing is they wasn't in rush for me to get out of the dock door. Took about 4 hours to get in a dock and 3 hours to load. I stayed in the dock for the other 3 hours to reset.

Very slow to get loaded in here. 4+ hours, lots of trucks waiting and parking is a lone the curb in front of trailers making it very nerrow for others drivers.

I been here a couple of times just make sure you don't arrived more than 45 min towards your appointment time otherwise they will send you out AND A BIG NO NO parking on their property. Also have pick up # available if you do all that once they put you on a door they don't take long (I HOPE) to load unless robot runs out of juice. Good luck drivers it's just one of those places where anything can happen just relax you won't get nothing by blowing up an O ring by trowing a fit

Arrived an hour and a half before my appointment time was asked to leave and come back 45 minutes before appointment time when I did so they took my phone number but it took four times to give them my pick up number then when I got into the dock she gave another driver my same door number but he backed in next to me they called him on the phone to notify him of the change and then called him to let him know that he was empty and leaving me to hang, figures it’s all right that they tell a “brother” what’s going on and leave the white man to fend for himself and they call us racist This place is awful and Unprofessional
