Nichols Guns, Corpus Christi TX

This is a clean and organized facility. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable, and just cool people to talk to in general. I was having problems with my 1911, not only did they help me dissect the problem but fixed it right there in front of me free of charge. I just bought my wife a. 380 and it was a very fair price, as is everything else in the store. I will absolutely be going back.

I had warned my buddy about the very poor customer service/relations here. I told him that if he ever wanted to feel like he was being a bother, to go to this place. (Three years ago, I vowed to NEVER set foot in that gawd aweful place, again, and I haven't). Anyway, he was really looking for a handgun and could not find one anywhere due to the panic buying. So, he decided to give it a try, anyway. He called me up after he left and told me that as soon as he walked in, he was asked, "Are you looking to buy something or just gonna look"? He had about a thousand dollars with him and actually intended to buy. Within 2 minutes, he was gone. Quickly decided to not leave a penny, there. So, he took about a 45 minute drive (a minor inconvenience but very well worth it) to Beeville, a place that I highly recommended to him that has excellent customer service. He spent his money there, got an excellent handgun and said that the people there were very friendly and made him feel at home. Well worth the drive! He can't say I didn't warn him!

The owner needs to explain to his employees what the words "customer service" mean. I bought a Bergara rifle from here and will be buying my next two elsewhere. It isn't the internet taking all of your business it's the poor attitude and customer service driving buyers away.

Very helpful staff. Has most of equipment needed for any gun enthusiast. Great gun range. Safety it's their priority.

Good deals on a great selection of parts, accessories, ammo, and firearms. The staff is very friendly, no BS, and eager to help. The in house gunsmith was very pleasant to talk to and really took his time with me, despite the fact that the store was busy. Thanks Nichols Guns.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very nice and clean range and plenty of lanes so there's never a wait or having to shoot directly next to someone. Lots of options whether buying off the shelf or building your own firearms. For those with a bad experience, I'd recommend trying again.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and I must say, it was nice to see a facility that tests first-time applicants prior to entry.
They have standards and monitor for safety. What a refreshing experience.

Great gun range, very friendly and helpful staff, targets, eye and hearing protection for range available, they also have gun rentals, 17 stalls and they also allowed my son to shoot just a small saftey brief and we were ready to fire. I highly recommend Nichols if you want to shoot indoors

Iv'e never shot a gun before and neither had my friend. With it being her birthday we decided to drop in to see how we could get started. A gentleman by the name of Johnny was working and explained everything to us in detail. This was everything from helping us on the paperwork, explaining the gun that we would be firing, and showing us how to load and fire. Johnny nor the staff judged us for being new to guns. It was a great experience and we'll be surely going again soon. A+ on a friendly and family orientated atmosphere.

Best indoor range in the costal bend area!

Large shooting lanes with lots of elbow room, A/C cooled and large fans to circulate the air inside the range, large tables before and after you enter the range to prep your gear, wash station located right outside the range, several targets and tons of target ammo available, several firearms to rent from your basic glock to high end Nighthawk 1911s. Since moving to San Antonio my boys and I really miss this shooting range.

The several times I have been in the store the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and well maintained clean in appearance. Will definitely do business there again.

Very unfriendly on phone. Maybe just me but you get the impression Show Me the Money first. Gun shops and builders are all over, to many out there to be treated 2nd rate.

Came here from out of the area to shoot because i was visiting CC with family.staff is extremely friendly and helpful.range is top notch, well ventilated and plenty of lanes available.pricing is below average for the size and quality of the range. ICYMI NO STEEL POINT/PENETRATOR AMMO ALLOWED, which is really quite the norm among most ranges.will definitely return when back in the area.
