I went to this place for the first time almost at closing time. My son had a high fever. The service was quite fast. There are other places that take a long time, especially at closing time. Sometimes they don't even want to receive you. Oh, they are in a bad mood.here, thank God, I did not live that experience to see the child, they examined him, they told me what the child had and they gave me the medication at once! Yes I recommend this place

Phoned the office as soon as it opened to inquire about my daughter's appointment. The front desk person responded in a rude manner, showing disinterest and repeatedly saying "aha" while I explained my situation. When I asked if I should proceed with the appointment, she laughed and questioned why I would if I already knew what was wrong. Despite considering a second opinion, a brief, unsatisfactory phone call led me to believe the care wouldn't meet my expectations based on my pediatrician's recommendation.

Excellent place I have twins and whenever they get sick I bring them here I am very happy to have it so close the doctors and nurses are excellent

Had to come twice in one weekend! RSV and then a double ear infection. The doctor was so sweet and attentive! She was fantastic

Needed to have my daughter seen on Saturday due to ear pain. Scheduled my appointment online and completed all paperwork online. We walked in at our scheduled appointment time and waited less than 5 mins to be called. I highly recommend because it was clean, efficient, fast service, and overall great patient experience.

My daughter was sick with fever, cough, and ear pain.
After waiting for almost two hours.
The NP checked her and didn't order and test for her.
She sent us home with eardrops which did nothing.
After three days, no improvement.
We went to Signature Urgent Care and they did all the tests she had strep.

The NP was useless and careless.
She was so in a rush to finish as many patients were waiting

It was a little bit of a wait but I only think that's because of the time we came. Appt was for 9: 15 overall we got in got out and where done. The staff was friendly and provided great service.

I went with my soon the front office lady was great polite and helpful. The nurse was too rough with my son who i had to hold. I told the lady that i wanted to get my son tested for covid, strep, and cold. She said the cold was fine. When we saw the doctor she made a fast look at both ears and quick look at his lungs. Said he is fine. So i asked to have him test for strep and covid. When the nurse came, she was extremely rough on him and did not care my son was crying. We also had to wait more time instead of listening to me and getting strep, flu, covid test done. We went home my son continued to have fever and he was wheezing. They did nothing at all.

Took my son in with a bad cough, walked in same day and was seen quickly. As soon as the doctor walked in she knew exactly how to treat him she immediately put a plan to help his little
lungs! She’s an excellent doctor, highly recommend. All staff is knowledgeable.

My son tested positive for the flu on a Sunday at another location the dr there said his cough was normal (I had a feeling it wasn’t normal because us moms know our kids) on Tuesday I took him to this location because he was having a hard time breathing the dr here said he had bronchitis and prescribed steroids antibiotics right away before it got worse how I wish I would’ve came to this location since the beginning! Then my 3 year old was not taking the medication I called back and they responded and changed my medication so quickly.they are literally the best! I never write reviews but this clinic right here and their stuff deserves it!
